There were cute tanks and stickers waiting for us in the consultation space with snacks and wine - which we of course indulged in as we dreamt together. Justine asked that Kelsey, myself and our moms take the time to "dream together" as big as we could, and then her job was to make it happen in our budget. And dream we did... conversations, ideas, and wine flowed. Justine took copious notes, and was prepared with a vision board of what she thought we might like based on our initial emails. She controlled the meeting with great direction. Once we received our proposal, we knew she GOT it! She researched tirelessly for taper candles that we could use, and she even entertained our last minute additions like an angel! When we came in there literally was only us and one other person and we waited over 30 minutes to get help... when I say help I mean not even a greeting came our way. I would think the two who weren't on the phone would say hello we will be with you shortly or something butttttt nope.
