When the workmen showed up, they had no work order, I got no receipt or anything at all, and they barely spoke English leading to a few misunderstandings. They misplaced essential hardware, leaving multiple beds unusable, and even weeks later we're still finding damaged items. Despite having our full inventory in advance--and after we moved some items ourselves--they arrived with an undersized truck and had to make multiple trips, resulting in unfair extra charges for time and mileage. Several items and parts of our home were damaged. Overall, poor planning, surprise fees, and avoidable damage. Very poor value for the cost. Would not hire again.
