Their website doesn't work for online quotes. Wasted my time writing all the details, none of the details went through. Had to write the details again over email the next morning. I also learned despite writing "valley-wide" on their website, they don't come to Peoria due to high gas prices "and such." Sounds more like "and such." Gas cost for one round-trip between Peoria and, say, Phoenix, shouldn't be more than a few extra bucks (which is easy enough to pass on to the customer). Wasted my time even contacting them. Their commute/area of service policies should be communicated clearly on their website. Will find a better company to hire. read more

Junk Brothers are literally still loading the dumpster on the truck to haul my junk pile away and I couldn't get in the house fast enough to write this review. Communication from start to finish was fast and informative, the quote came in about 1/4 of what I expected to pay! The father and sons crew that loaded me up were fast, efficient friendly and really, truly had customer satisfaction in mind. I had an 8ft hot tub that was old but in working order. We needed to get rid of it. I sent a text to Junk Brothers and almost immediately got a message back. We negotiated the terms and the date and they showed up as promised. It was entertaining watching the boys move the tub, in tact, onto the truck but once they did I got a check and they were on the way. Very easy! read more

I wanted to get rid of a king size bed frame that I no longer needed. After asking for quotes with a few companies thru Yelp, Junk Brothers was the one that gave me the most reasonable quote. And it was right to choose them. They arrived 10 minutes earlier. Finished dissembling the whole thing and got it out of our home in less than 40 minutes. Everything went smoothly. I sent requests for quotes to remove some construction demo. Junk Bro's were the first to respond, they could come to do the work sooner than anyone else, and had the fairest price. I requested a quote via Yelp and was contacted almost immediately. I was given a very reasonable and fair quote and requested next day pickup. I was given available times that they were available and I scheduled an appointment. I received a text message reminder giving me my scheduled time frame and the next day they arrived right on time. We needed six large appliances removed from our Sun Lakes home's garage and Junk Bros rose to the task immediately and at a very reasonable price. Kathy answered our Yelp message in minutes and stayed connected answering questions that came up. When the crew was delayed a bit she called us at the beginning of the 30 minute time window to let us know and they arrived just when she said: a very polite masked father-son duo ("brothers" in the broader sense) who were in and out in 15 minutes. I called about 10:30 this morning, and got a quote for hauling 2 old appliances. By 12:50 they were gone!!! Loved the service, and the quote and the attitude!!
