Today, Sunday February 16th, Matt left a voicemail that he is in Carson City, asking if I still want him to come. I called him back and stated yes we have an appointment and stated the time. He asks again if I still want him or not and I ask do you want business because it doesn't sound like it. Mind you he sounds like a young teenager playing games on the phone. He finally says yes and that he can be at my house in 15 minutes. I asked how can you be at my house that quick when you are in Carson City and I live in Gardnerville? All he said was ok and he's coming. We agreed on 10:00am. It is now 9:55 am and he calls but leaves no message. I call him at 10:10 am to see where he is and he states he thought I live in Carson City. At this point I am upset because I have given between the two of them, Max and Matt, my address THREE TIMES, including this morning on Sunday on the phone. He has the nerve to ask me what's my problem after he spits off an incorrect address from the top of his head because he didn't write the address down. I told him I am upset at the games they have been playing, the lack of disrespect for my time, and not honoring appointment times nor properly writing down my address. He has the nerve to say he feels disrespected because he is just trying to figure this out. There is nothing to figure out other than poor business practices and nonsense games from a guy that sounds like skateboarding kid who doesn't value customers. If the way they run their business of scheduling appointments and disrespecting customers is any indication of the quality of their work, I'm glad I won't be hiring them for the job.

Over the last several years we have had several reasons to call Joe, and every time he arrives when he says he will, he's given me a reasonable estimate of what it will cost, and the job has always gone the way that he thought it would. He has, specifically, removed and replaced our water heater, re-plumbed the old part of our house to allow the new part (the addition we did), did all the plumbing for two retrofitted showers, installed a garbage disposal, installed a new kitchen faucet, installed four different bathroom faucets, and arrived to do other odd jobs on little notice. After all this work, we did have a little glitch, we called him, he came over, it was fixed in five minutes, and, although we expected to pay him, there was no charge. If you need a plumber, Joe will do a great job, communicate effectively, and be worth the money that you pay him. You'll rest easy, and it's worth the money.
