I also witnessed him run a small pickup off the road because the driver of the pickup was scared he would be rear ended by the speeding dump truck. Whoever was driving truck # 132924 or possibly #132954 should have his CDL revoked or be taken out of a company vehicle. He will almost certainly be the cause of an accident one day.
