It's a relatively small standup freezer but it can't be thrown out with trash and I just don't have time to drop this off somewhere myself. We made plans for him to head over right away. He texted me an ETA and I paid via Zelle and was done in under a half hour. Could not have gone better or been easier. I see some of the negative reviews and maybe it's just a timing thing or just bad luck if he gets overbooked. But for the cost, take a shot and try this guy out as he followed through immediately, was super nice , courteous and inexpensive. Strongly recommend.

I woke up today with a backyard that looked like a disaster zone after months of neglect and a big weekend project that left piles of yard waste, old furniture, broken concrete chunks, and random junk scattered everywhere. I called them on short notice, and Philippe personally answered the phone, was super friendly, and said he could swing by later the same day. I was honestly shocked at how fast they made it happen. When Philippe pulled up with the trailer around 10 AM, he hopped out with a big smile and immediately got to work. What impressed me most was how professional and efficient he was. He didn't just toss things in the trailer--he was careful, organized, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He separated recyclables, made sure nothing got damaged unnecessarily, and even swept up the smaller debris so my yard looked clean when they were done. The amount of stuff they hauled away today was insane. We had overgrown palm fronds, dead bushes, old patio furniture that had seen better days, a broken BBQ grill, bags of grass clippings, and even some construction scraps from a recent fence repair. Philippe and his helper worked non-stop for a couple of hours, loading everything quickly and safely. I offered them water and they were so appreciative--real down-to-earth guys who clearly take pride in their work. What really stands out about Las Vegas Junk Trailer is the attention to detail. Philippe walked the entire yard with me beforehand, pointed out everything that needed to go, and gave me a fair, upfront price with no hidden fees. No surprise charges at the end, which is rare these days. He even gave me some great tips on how to keep the yard maintained going forward so I don't end up in the same situation again. By the time they finished this afternoon, my backyard looked completely transformed. It went from feeling overwhelming and cluttered to open, clean, and actually usable again. I can finally breathe easy back there and even think about putting in some new plants or maybe a fire pit without the mess staring me down. They showed up and were not intimidated of the massive haul we had for them. We filled their 14' box truck to the brim all for 250 dollars. A steal! Las Vegas needs more companies like this! They continue to forget to pick up recycling or bulk, they leave broken glass and don't clean it…read moreup. When you call to have them come clean it up, they don't come out. They broke an entire glass patio table and just left the pile of broken glass in the center of our cul-de-sac for little kids to fall injure themselves on or dogs to cut their paws on. This week they broke glass that was in our recycling bin This is the third time that they have broken something and left it. I called and even told them that a little boy had cut their knee on it and they still didn't send anybody. It has been four days and four phone calls, and nothing has been done. I've also seen broken glass throughout my neighborhood around the bins after they have picked them up. Also, I don't even think their call center is in America, I had two representatives who I could barely understand who just kept repeating the same generic phrases over and over, regardless of what I said, as if they couldn't understand me. I've called four times they still haven't come to clean the glass. They get paid so much money and do so little.

It says online they close at 4 pm but that is NOT TRUE. They close at 3 pm and they have closed at 3 pm for awhile. Atleast get the time changed online so people don't waste their time.
