It was crunch time with the selling of my house, so all last minute junk that was left in the house needed to GO. No time for OfferUp, FB marketplace, or a yard sale. I found Junk King after a Yelp search. I went online and made an appointment. I was given window of time for pick up the next day. They called the next day prior to arrival. Once they arrived, I showed the 2 men the items that included a bed frame, mattress, nightstands, and a few random items. After agreeing on a price of $160 they loaded everything up and I paid. I gave them $10 tip each for their effort. Quick, simple, and painless. * They also do a lot of recycling and donating of items which is great for our landfills. read more

I would not recommend Junk King to anyone, they would not pick up all the junk that I said that I needed picked up, the guy that came and picked up my junk, said that didn't say about the junk they left behind. They are way to expensive for what they did, they were here for 20 minutes, not longer than 30 minutes tops. They charged me 268.00. You would be better off finding someone else. read more

I only had 3 things to rid of - queen size box spring, love seat, and small couch - quoted me $208. Might as well rent my own truck and delivered my stuff to the dump on my own for cheaper. I liked that they were able to give me information as to what was going to happen to my refrigerator - as I mentioned I was hoping it could be recycled or refurbished rather than sent to the dump. AWFUL. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They told me they had a full size truck to remove all the items we had. They then only removed 1/4 of it. I was fine with that. They rescheduled for two days later to finish and said they would arrive at 7 am. At 742 AM they called and cancelled. They also promised me a 100 dollar discount that I never received . They said they could come the next day but at this point I was nervous it would be yet again another cancellation or partial load. Prices are high and service is awful. Stay away. read more

had an appointment #JK1571529 with Junk-King on Las Vegas NV August 1st 2020 between 1PM-3PM to remove junk and unwanted items on my remodeled home. I waited tell 2PM for them to show up and finally I received a phone call from Eric who said that he won't be able to make it to my house and he had to go back to the office. Unfortunately junk-king doesn't know that I had to take the day off to make sure everything is clean and ready for my next project next week. very bad business and also bad customer service.
