I reached out for trash removal service after another company was scheduled and were a no show and never returned our calls. Zach and his brother were amazing. Not only were they prompt in my initial request, but they sent a text when they were 20 minutes out, as promised. They showed up at the promised time and were wonderful. I used Junk Monster to remove items / trash from a rental property. I contacted them via yelp Wednesday night. They sent a flat rate quote and was able to scheduled me for the next day. Zach called 30 minutes prior to our scheduled appointment time to let me know he was on his way. All Junk Monster employees were professional and very friendly. I was very comfortable with them in my home. They had all the necessary tools and equipment to breakdown the furniture making it easier to remove from my home. There was a king size mattress in the master bedroom (which was on the 2nd floor) that I was not able to bring down the stairs. They brought the mattress down for me! There were also curtain rods that were hung about the stair that I could not reach. Zach took them down for me! The pricing was fair and transparent. There were not hidden fees or surprises. I like that he gave me a flat rate. Other quotes I got, were volume based pricing, which made it very hard for me to get a quote on what my cost would be.
