He immediately responded and gave me a super reasonable quote. You have the option of leaving your items curbside or he can come by and haul out your items. I set all my items out on the curb as I wasn't going to be physically available at the time but was looking forward to the clean up. After leaving and returning with two more workers and a saw, they learned the bed could actually be moved without being cut apart. In the end, the bed was successfully carried down the stairs, proving it did not need to be destroyed as they initially claimed. I waited all day for the appointment, only to be told conflicting information and pressured into paying significantly more than the quoted price. The lack of communication, inaccurate assessment, and failure to honor the original quote made for a very disappointing experience.
