Most of the time, the only way we would know they had been is they ring the doorbell and let us know they are starting work. All of our trees that they have serviced have never looked better. We were afraid we were going to loose our ash tree, but after a couple years of feeding and an initial trimming of the tree, it now is full of green healthy leaves, instead of the sickly wrinkled leaves it usually had by August. Their arborist recommended a clean out of our lacebark elm, which we thought looked okay. Since they had never steered us wrong before, we told them to proceed. One day we returned home after a day out, and noticed right away that the elm looked a lot better than it had. We B Trees had come while we were gone, cleaned out the problem branches, and cleaned up their mess and left. The only evidence they had been was the note on the door, and the tree looking much better. I would easily recommend We B Trees to anyone needing tree service. I called into Messick roofing and the owner Grant had picked up the phone. I had informed him that I was looking for roofing estimates and he was able to set an appointment with me to come out the next day. Grant arrived on time and did a full inspection on the roof. He was able to provide me with an estimate right away and quoted me at $7900 for 2,100 sq ft of roof and that also included the installation of five attic vents. After getting four different estimates, Messick Roofing was by far the most reasonably priced. I had the pleasure of working with Paul Wallace and his crew. Very personable guy and extremely helpful of aiding me in picking out a new roof color. They arrived on time. They finished on time. They cleaned up all their mess. The craftsmanship was very well done. They took very good care of my property during the roofing process. The attention, communication, and care during the job was absolutely what you want from a roofing company. I cannot speak highly enough about this business. Paul was also very kind enough to bring over a pound of dear meat that he caught from his last hunting trip which was beyond over the top. He walked me through a few issues with the builder's original work and explained, in plain terms, how they avoid those problems altogether. The crew moved quickly and efficiently, but nothing felt rushed. John (the foreman) was especially solid: great communication, checked in often, and made sure everything was done right. He even made sure we got our handprints in before everything set. Scope-wise, this wasn't just a basic pour. They handled drainage (which was critical), ran a gas line sleeve for future use, and tied in gutter flow underneath the path so water actually goes where it should. They applied a curing agent on top (that white layer you'll see), and since then we've had rain -- zero puddling, everything draining exactly as planned. If you want concrete done properly, or even just want someone to evaluate existing work, these are the people to call. Really impressed with the whole team.
