Having dumpsters dropped off late and not picked up on time. So I talked to the owner, which is a nice black gentleman on the phone that claimed he was a veteran He promised that I won't experience at this time and said that it would be picked up on Tuesday or Wednesday morning, the latest and the owner promised that I wouldn't have a bad experience again. Well, he didn't pick it up on Tuesday because it was the day after Labor Day so that's understandable. I called this morning which is Wednesday and they promised to pick it up in between one and 2 PM. I told them good because I'll be on a flight to Florida and I don't wanna worry about that when I land My flight lands 5 o'clock today Wednesday and I get angry. Text messages from my customer saying the dumpster still has not been picked up. I called the company and I said what's going on it's still daylight out and it's 5 o'clock and they said oh we'll get it tomorrow no sorry nothing why they were late or did didn't pick it up just we'll get it tomorrow This company obviously is very busy because they have decent pricing but their customer service besides the girl that runs the phone. They took care when moving and arranging the stuff in the truck. And their price is pretty affordable too (75$ per hour). The total cost came to 225$ for a bit over 3 hours. I am very happy with the service and I told them that I will refer their service to any of my friends and family in the future.
