After waiting an additional 30 minutes after 5pm for them to show up I had to call them again to see when they were supposed to show up and they used the excuse that they were in a dead zone and couldn't reach out. they never once asked for my address and i had to remind them if they needed it. they lack communication and this would've been a lot better if they just simply reached out. it they didn't. so proceed with caution.

The communication is great and they arrive promptly at the scheduled time. You can send photos of what you're trying to get rid of to get a quick & accurate quote. The truck has plenty of space - they even asked if I needed to get rid of anything else (even though it wasn't in the photo) of course the extras weren't multiple appliances, but the every day things you could leave out for bulk trash and they took it all.
