Mario was the most responsive and earliest available of all the Yelp businesses I sent inquiries to, which already set the tone for a great experience. The team handled everything with ease; navigating a narrow flight of stairs, disassembling furniture when needed, and disposing of it all quickly and professionally. They were efficient, careful, and courteous throughout the entire process. On top of that, they truly have the best pricing in the SGV area. What stood out most was Mario, who was so kind and respectful to his staff. I always take notice of how people treat their team, and that alone spoke volumes about the quality and integrity of this business. I will for sure be using them again and highly recommend their services to anyone in need of reliable junk removal.

I had asked for quotes from many junk removal businesses. I was going to go with Mario not only because he was polite, but he is also a veteran. He had one of the lowest prices my mom can afford with her ss income. When I contacted him again to set up the appointment, he increased the fee by $75. I usually trust and try to help veteran owned businesses, but in this case, he had no value to his word. Didn't even try to work with us, very disappointed. Went with another service for $120.

We had literal junk in our backyard and just couldn't take it anymore. (Old desks, furniture, patio chairs, paintings, toy bikes, tricycles, electric trucks; all the toys the kids have grown out of and don't ride anymore). Junk Removal MB was quick in getting back to me with a quote. He arrived right when he said he would THE SAME DAY. He worked hard to get everything broken down to fit in his truck, swept the mess up when he was done and hauled everything away within 2 hours. The yard looks twice as big, at least.
