Living in an apartment with two little cars, I dreaded the logistical nightmare of getting rid of our two loveseats in anticipation of our new couch. We couldn't fit them in our cars, our cats had scratched them up so bad that Goodwill wouldn't take them and we didn't have the time or energy to deal with moving them ourselves. Which was great since my fiance was paying to get rid of the old couches since I bought the new one...and he wasn't home when the old ones were getting taken away. I found this company just by Googling junk haulers one night. Filled out their online estimate request and received a phone call from Gary the very next morning. Based on the details I had given in my online request and speaking with him on the phone, he gave me what I thought was an extremely fair estimate. He said someone could be out the next day to actually look at what we had and give me a firm price at that time and haul it away if I was OK with the price. A very sweet young man (wish I could remember his name) said they could honor that estimate I had been given, and when I realized I had a small amount more, he said no problem at all and didn't try to gouge me for more! Oh! And when he was done taking away all of the rubbish, I went outside and he had even CLEANED UP the carport!!!
