The Imperial team showed up promptly at 7 AM and started their full day. Towards the end of this project one of the things that impressed me was that I had wanted the hole from the spa filled up pretty much to the top as I needed to add pavers to cover the dirt. The crew used this machine that heavily pushes down the dirt and rock to make the earth sturdy. When "finished", they saw that it was about 8-10 inched from the top so they went back to their trucks with a wheelbarrow and collected more dirt and debris to get the dirt line higher. Imperial took care of the permit, electrical and plumbing. I am a senior citizen who had question after question with these folks...on the phone, email and in person. All treated me with such respect. In a heartbeat, use them.

First, Juan came out and gave a verbal estimate, which was quickly followed up by a formal, itemized quote. Veronica adjusted the quote based on my budget and priorities, and the work was done the next day! Their crew pulled up to my house at 6:45 but waited until 7 to ring my doorbell (no idea why the other review said they started at 5am). We walked my property and I answered all questions and they immediately got to work! They removed tons and tons of concrete slabs and pavers and dirt (40 tons? 60? more? It was at least 2 trailers full and a large green dumpster filled to the brim!) from my front and back yards. They even used a backhoe! After everything was cleared away, they raked out the dirt to even it all out, and meticulously cleaned up any mess. I've never seen people work so hard, so fast, for so many hours (7am to 3pm). It's backbreaking labor and they would take turns swinging the sledgehammers when they needed to catch their breath -- there was zero downtime except a short lunch. Plus, they seemed to be actually enjoying themselves, as they were laughing and chatting the whole time without ever slowing down. It was pretty amazing to witness.

Deal directly with the owner of the rolloff. Not a middleman who in my case tried to say "technically, he's not responsible" because he doesn't own the rolloff.

I was looking for a recycling center that accepts soda cans, soda glass bottles and plastic water…read morebottles. This place only accepted my soda cans. They just don't accept plastic or glass bottles here. This place looks like a dump but the customer service is very fast and efficient. Most of the workers here are Spanish speaking so hopefully you can make out what they tell you. My Spanish is Sykes rusty so I only understood 5% of what they said. All in all, this was a pleasant experience. Obviously, you're not gonna get rich by recycling anything but it does give you some pocket change to maybe buy a lottery ticket or two. I don't recall what the exact redemption value was for bringing in your unwanted cans for cash but I got around 50 cents for maybe 1.5 lbs of soda cans. Almost enough for a $1 lottery scratcher. The workers here will unload your trunk for you and weigh it all and than give you the proper amount of money. Fast service and you don't even need to lift a finger besides opening your trunk that is. I'm from Hawaii and back home, you can actually pay a utility bill or cell phone bill with your recycling money. Not here in Phoenix, it's a totally different process here so I'm gonna start trashing all my recyclables instead. Hope this helps my fellow planeteers!!

Great company and crew! We were in need of a quick pickup of old furniture because date of our new furniture delivery suddenly moved-up and Junk Rescue came the next morning at 8am and rescued us! What really sold me is that they gave me a DIRECT quote over the phone for two loveseats, unlike his Yelp competitors, who gave me a range of price and a bunch of cubic feet and cubic yards estimates. For his Yelp competitors, you had to wait for the actual quote till they got on site to see it. It's two loveseats!! Do we really need to calculate cubic yardage? This felt like a bait and switch to me: show up, quote people higher than estimated and who is going to really send them away when they are already there. You want to get rid of your junk! I imagine if I had a garage full of stuff that's might be necessary, but not for two sofas. So unlike others on Yelp, Junk Rescue was straightforward and honest with me! I'm a "fix & flipper" and hired Junk Rescue to do all the demo work, i.e., remove tile floors, demo the bathrooms, remove trash, on a 2700 sq. ft. home in Scottsdale. I contacted the Owner, Kyle, on a Tuesday, the work began on that Thursday and the job was completed by Saturday, which was faster than I had anticipated. The tile removal came out better and cleaner than any previous jobs I've had and the Junk Rescue staff left the home cleaner than when they arrived. I also liked that they did not require me to have a costly dumpster placed on site. They removed all the debris each day!! I am happy to share how prompt and professional the crew with Junk Rescue was. I called; they were in my area so they came the same day to haul away a projection TV that finally died. Yes, I could have had a buddy come over and help me load it into my truck so I could drive it to the dump where I would have waited in line to dispose of it. Round trip it would have taken me 2 to 3 hours. I value my time so for what they charged me to do this work on a busy workday was priceless. I was able to stay at my desk and keep working so I think I actually made money having them do this job for me. If you need demo or junk hauled away this is the company for you to call. We live in North Scottsdale and just had full load of mixed items removed by Junk Rescue. Kyle and his assistant were excellent in every way! They arrived early and were fast, courteous and professional. They were able to load an area that took us days to put together in the garage in only 20 minutes! We have been purging for an upcoming move, and this service saved us from having to rent a truck and take the stuff to a landfill ourselves. First time needed something hauled away from my house, in this case it was my 8 seat jacuzzi which is quite large. I work for Arizona Shade Masters and Junk Rescue does most of our demolitions and haul aways to get rid of old wooden patio covers as well as big stucco patios. I had just taken down a large above ground pool and all of the supports and equipment associated with it. Also had other miscellaneous junk. Although Mesa has a disposal service beginning at $31, they would not have been able to take the refuse I had. It weighed too much, too bulky, etc. Also, I didn't want to wait for the yearly Mesa free disposal dumpsters to arrive probably not until May or June. Renting a trailer was out, because by the time I rent the trailer and dispose of the refuse myself, I'd be paying the same amount if not more than I paid for service yesterday. There would've been fees due to the pool. Finally, I have a large landscaping project that will begin soon, and I just wanted to get the crap out of there. Plenty of junk removal services out there with good reviews. I checked out a few, read the reviews, and went for best junk removal. I like their truck. Charge was 350, but there was quite a volume of material and a lot of junk. It was worth it. They were very conscientious about making sure they only took what I wanted them to. Fast and efficient. I would definitely consider them again, if I have more junk to get rid of in the future. I guess they also do some demolition such as removing sheds and some structures. They got all the major and much of the minor stuff from our old to new place rather quickly. There was a little minor damage to my electronics which absolutely was not there prior to the move. I realize schiznit can happen and it's the first issue I've had in two major moves which they fixed in very reasonable style. One or two minor hiccups ain't enough to dampen my mood with regard to this company. 5 out of 5 stars.

I was nervous because I've been trying to do this move on my own and ended up needing a lot of help. The first company I called wasn't interested in the business, so I called Sky and quickly realized he should've been my first call. He explained the process well, from pricing options and what to expect on move day. Then this morning he showed up to the minute when he said he would and immediately got to work. They were careful to wrap everything and not a scratch on anything now that it's in my new place. This company is top notch and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommended. If you want a smooth and friendly experience on moving day, use them!

It took their two professional movers, with me assisting, 4 and a half hours to move a 1 bedroom apartment!! Because it took so long, I was charged almost $1,100. And they didn't even get everything in the apartment because I had to rush them as I knew I'd be charged a fortune if I didn't. They even had the nerve to mention getting tipped a few times throughout the process. I will never use this company again and I will make it my job to make sure no one else does either.

We called them up immediately to get pricing, availability, answering questions, providing our inventory list, timeframe of move & so much more. The customer service over the phone & prompts of responses from our emails were amazing. On the day of our move we had a 3 men total to move all our belongings into a 26 inch moving truck. They were polite, respectful, handled our furniture & boxes w/ care & were quick. We do not recall our mover's name; 1 young man was short, very strong, organized, because we were impressed how he carried our heavy items w/ no problems. He told us he have been a mover all is life & definitely could tell. If any assistance was needed the other 2 mover's would call him over & or check in w/ another to ensure our was done properly. We will definitely recommend Pinks moving for moving services to all. Plus; you do not have to put a deposit down & can cancel your service w/o penalty. The company do not disconnect washer's or dryers so you would have to make sure that's completed ahead of time & hook them back up. A tip: ask for 1st time customer or home buying discount & if you pay w/ cash you would avoid the 5% credit card fee.
