I called Junk Shot after receiving a message from a quote request for hauling services on Yelp . I called Sunday afternoon as I needed a few pieces of furniture that I couldn't sell hauled from my Dad's office as I am closing his business after his death. I spoke with Vickie who told me that they were available for Monday afternoon but I needed the furniture hauled off in the morning as I was catching an afternoon flight home. She offered a $15 Yelp discount and did advise credit cards had a $5 fee. She asked me to give her about 15 minutes to see if she could rearrange the schedule and she'd call me back. She called back and said she was able to schedule me for the first pick up between 8 and 10! In the morning I got a call saying they'd be there around 9 and the guys arrived around 9:20, well within the 2 hour time frame. I was given a quote of $150 after they saw what they needed to haul. This was a good but lower than any other quote I'd received. I mentioned the Yelp discount so it came to $135. They were professional and very careful when moving everything out. I highly recommend Junk Shot. Their web site helps you estimate how much it will cost to haul your things and they also have an app for that. I highly recommend Junk Shot! Hopefully I don't need their services again for a long time but I would definitely use them again. read more

Immediate response to a very last minute And urgent need to haul a king size bed and box spring. The other quotes I got were ridiculously high. a mattress removal should really be the minimum charge as most junk removal places charge by the size of your haul. Junk Shot responded quickly and very professionally. They arrived early, giving me a courtesy heads up phone call. The two movers were courteous and efficient and couldn't have been nicer. I can't recommend them enough. Will definitely use them again for larger projects. Looks like they will haul anything away. Seriously, don't even bother calling anyone else. read more

Yelled at and shoved building manager who is a small 65 year old woman. HR's initial response was not good, talked to someone else from the franchise and there was better communication but now this business is trying to take down this review even though it doesn't break any guidelines. read more

We had this very large tv to get rid of. My son recommended that Junk Shot. I was not disappointed. Although the price was a little more than I was quoted I did not mind. The two guys were prompt and it was a convenient way to get rid of a tv and 2 rotten chairs. read more

Requested a quote from Junk Shot as their reviews were favorable. They responded quickly and asked me to send pictures to get an estimate. They looked at the pictures and said they would like to go ahead and set up an appointment for a quote and if accepted would complete the job that morning. Morning of my appointment I receive a call from them asking for pictures so they could give me a quote. I advised I already sent pictures and they said you would be here to give me a quote and complete the job. He explained he didn't have pictures. He was at a job at the Ft Lauderdale airport for the last 4 hours and would like to give me a quote over the phone. I sent the pictures and he came back with an estimate for 1 and 1/2 truckloads plus a $250 labor charge. The website states the truck price includes labor and their trucks are twice the size of the competition, so they charge less. This job would be over $1100. I told him never mind, that is more than twice what everyone is charging. It is clear, they didn't want to drive from the airport to Palm Beach County and complete the job, so they knew if they quoted a high estimate I would cancel. Very unprofessional!!! read more

They actually arrived early, with a crew of 4, to remove a large heavy piece of equipment from my property. They got the job done quickly and efficiently, with a smile too. Responded quickly and they were very friendly. They were able to show up the very next day to get the job done. For the most part did a great job but left a few things behind that were very small and easy to take. Slightly frustrated that they were almost perfect but after spending $280 I still had to clean up a few things. Capable of doing it myself of course but if I'm paying someone to do it I shouldn't have to go back and finish it myself. Would probably try a different company next time. read more

A very unethical company! we used them about 5 times to pick up construction material we were remodeling in Coral Springs, each time they came they raised the price, and each time was a different excuse, one time they charged us $600 for half a load and they also made up the excuse that their truck was full so they came twice and charged us twice $600 they saw our urgency so they took advantage of us, will never use them again and recommend people not to use this company read more

Superb service! I had a queen mattress and box spring, full size mattress and box spring, one metal bed frame, two headboards, and three small pieces of furniture the size of a nightstand. I was traveling at the time they can't to pick up the junk; I provided them with the garage entry code. The driver confirmed what I wanted removed, quoted the cost and and sent photos afterwards. All in all it was $195 which for me was absolutely worth it for the convenience and friendly voice on phone telling me it was all done. Thank you!! read more

Hired them to remove a heavy king mattress. They quoted $95 and that was the charge. However, the guys trudged in and didn't show any care or respect for the house. They banged walls everywhere. In addition, only one guy wrestled the mattress downstairs while the other one talked on the phone. They were also very rude. read more

Called several hauling places, these folks had the best price. They were very responsive, from the initial phone call to haul away. We had some big pieces, including a large wall unit, and two old TV's. The men that came were very hard working. Don't forget to tip them, because they do the heavy lifting. read more
