When the company showed up, they took everything that they were supposed to leave behind. This included their furniture, their military and medical documents, and irreplaceable keepsakes. When they reached out to the company, they were told that there was nothing they could do and then the owner requested payment before ending the phone call. After driving hours to meet the owners in person to figure something out, they were mocked and called names before the owners just walked away without offering even an apology for their mistake.
