Our mom is elderly and now in assisted living. My sister and I are in the process of selling her home. Needless to say, it has been a daunting project. I am a single dad working two jobs with two kids in college. My sister lives in Houston and comes into town occasionally. While at the final phase of clearing the house out, we needed someone to clear out the rest. I found Junk Sponge and liked that they are local and privately owned. I sent an email and was contacted by Mark within 10 minutes!!! Mark was extremely pleasant and we arranged a meeting at mom's house to go over the details. Upon meeting Mark, he was pleasant, professional and very easy to talk to. I could tell that he was a conscientious individual who put a tremendous amount of pride into his business. We worked out a date for pick up. My schedule is rather tight and Mark was extremely flexible in accommodating me. I met him at my mom's the morning of clean out and we reviewed some things and Mark took care of the rest. He kept in touch throughout the day regarding progress and any questions he might have had and locked up the house when he was done.
