My wife, daughter, and I have been coming here for years. Something has definitely changed with this business. Possibly new ownership structure? I ordered glasses over a month ago and have been met with no response, no updates, and a bunch of very hard to believe stories. Two weeks after the order, I called several times with no answer. I'll spare you the long story but in summary the experience is that no one answers their phones, they don't return messages, and I'm given several different excuses including these gems; Complexity of prescription may take longer than 2 weeks, they were unexpectedly closed so UPS couldn't deliver, UPS has the order and is delivering today (last week), UPS forgot to stop by and deliver to their office for the past 3 days (this week), and now UPS dropped the box and the glasses broke. I demanded a refund and was told they would provide a full refund and refund the money paid by my insurance so I can use the benefit elsewhere. On my way out the door to get my script and refund to my credit card, I received a call informing they will not provide a refund now and I'm still in limbo with my glasses. A "director" of their business is supposed to call me today or Tuesday. We'll see but no reason to make this worse which is what I expect they'll do. We appreciated the care Dr. Weinberg has taken with her patience during the examination process but you can't operate a business like this. They were paid over $800 for the glasses including the insurance portion. Still I have no glasses and no idea when they're going to arrive. What I do have is a lot of BS that I received from this staff. read more

We stopped by just randomly because my sister lost her prescription glasses in the ocean :P. A lovely lady Micki Lorelli (who's a licensed optician) helped my sister, and once the doctor faxed over the prescription she gave my sister two packets of daily contacts for free!! On the third day of our annual extended stay in Florida, I bent the arm on my glasses. I asked several of our neighbors for a recommendation for an optical shop to no avail. I hit the jackpot when I found Juno Beach Optical on the internet. Although I'm not a patient, Jeff readily agreed to attempt to repair my glasses. Within minutes, my glasses were as good as new. I love the style and selection so much at JBO that the 1,175.6 miles from my home to the store can not deter me! They are so helpful from the posts and style selection sharing and working with my face shape that I have ordered many sunglasses from them. They ship them to me with the option of returning and I have yet to return one. What do we all want when we see a Dr.?, To feel heard, treated nicely, and have a treatment plan moving forward. Seems like a no brainer when thinking of a place just to get eye glasses, but I assure you that Juno Beach Optical is the place you want to go. All of these basic expectations were highly superseded. Dr. CiCi is very personable, and you are not just a patient that she says 1 or 2 to! She will show you images of your optic nerve and explain exactly what's going on with your eyes. Jeff is awesome, he will make you feel comfortable and help you choose the best frames for your face. Together, this team is the best eye care experience you can find in the area. Dr. Cici Weinberg is a fantastic optometrist. She provides comprehensive eye care, including eyeglass and contact lens examinations, emergency eye care and extensive testing for glaucoma, cataract, macular degeneration, diabetic eye disease and more. She is very knowledgeable, while being friendly at the same time. The staff is courteous and helpful, and the facilities are very clean and comfortable.
