If you are not a member and found this venue advertised on The Knot, proceed with caution…read more When researching, it should have been a red flag that there are very few recent wedding reviews since 2023, many 5-star ratings without explanations, and one consistent negative comment stating the venue is beautiful but the event coordinator, Pat Saylor, is poor at communication. Unfortunately, that review proved accurate. Pat is the only event coordinator for the clubhouse. She frequently reassures you that she is on top of things, but emails and calls often go unanswered and responses are delayed until multiple follow-ups are made. Communication is inconsistent at best. If you speak with Gwyn, the COO, you may receive answers that differ from what Pat previously told you. When these discrepancies are pointed out, you are redirected back to Pat for clarification. Non-members should also be aware that placing a date "on hold" offers little security. Despite being told we had the right of refusal if another party was interested, our held date was ultimately given to a club member without alternative dates being offered. Overall, non-members do not appear to be a priority. This venue may be beautiful, but the lack of communication and organization can be a significant issue. I hope this review helps other non-members avoid wasting time and instead choose a venue that values their business.

It was the perfect weekend and location for a friends bridal shower, filled with love, cuteness and happiness. The cake, made by the Mirasol chef, was delectable. We simply could not stop eating it. And the food, created and made by the winner of Hells Kitchen, was absolutely incredible. We even went back for seconds, thirds, and maybe even fourths. Making small talk we realized our home towns were not too far from each other and that we both enjoy beer...they brought over 2 buckets of beer on the house for us to enjoy! All the employees make sure that your stay here is second to none, its very impressive. While we were here, the fridge actually broke in the middle of the night. The next morning someone came over, inventoried our groceries and went and bought us replacements and even a few extra treats. Really impressive service! And of course the actual vacation homes and facilities are top notch. Our home was beautiful, they didn't skimp on anything and it just felt so luxurious from the bedding, to the kitchen equipment to even the dinner plates, everything was so great! The best feature of course is the screened in porch that has an outdoor kitchen and giant spa...a girl could get used to that!
