Worst customer service i have ever had in my life. 9 o'clock appointment today. I got there not a single person in the office door still locked. At 915 they open the doors and have me fill out paper work. After Waiting for 15 more min. they told me we need to reschedule. This is the second time this year i change my travel and work schedule to be at the dentist for them to make me sit and wait before telling me they need to reschedule. 4/19/2016 10am...have consultation for treatment on a crown I had done about 8 years ago. Met with the "specialist" (who is only there Tuesdays) and he determines I need [another] root canal. At this point, I ask him if I need an implant seeing that I have a crown already. He says, "no", you don't need a new crown. I am relieved to hear this news (good news by any standard). I walk up front and pay Renata my copay of $45 for the "consult" and she prints out the "TREATMENT PLAN" for my tooth. She hands me a copy and indicates that my ROOT CANAL will cost me $494 (as my insurance will pay the other portion of it *delta dental*). I ask Renata, while signing the "treatment plan" if this includes a new crown. She says that the doctor will be able to drill through my crown and I won't need a new one. I schedule my return visit for the ROOT CANAL for the following Tuesday, April 26th at 3pm. 4/26/2016 2:53pm...I show up for the ROOT CANAL and the receptionist hands me a CONSENT FORM. I take a seat and begin reading the CONSENT FORM. I notice at the bottom there is a line that states that, "patient understands that this visit is for the ROOT CANAL ONLY and does not include restorative, filling, crown replacement, etc." This is cause for concern and I walk up to the receptionist to ask if this means that my tooth (crown) will be left with a hole in it. She says that I will have to ask the dentist but that anything beyond the ROOT CANAL is not part of the "treatment plan" for today. WHAT?!? I remember being there only a week ago and asking this SPECIFIC question and having it answered that I won't need a 'new' crown. Long story short...I go back. The dentist (endo) walks in and says he'll be numbing my gums in a moment. I ask him if I am going to need a new crown. Again, he says, "no, I will drill through your crown." I try to be more specific and ask what state my crown will be in as there is noted on the CONSENT FORM that "no restorative" procedure will be done at the ROOT CANAL appointment. He leaves to get the "office manager", who is really like their inside sales person. She comes in and shows me a DIFFERENT piece of paper (than the one I received the previous week). This time the "treatment plan" shows the ROOT CANAL and the "follow up" restorative plan, which includes a NEW CROWN and a price tag of $1,298. I explain that I was just at their office the week before, had the consultation with the exact same doctor for the exact same reason and was NOT TOLD at that time there was "more to it". And I specifically asked Renata about the crown and whether I needed a new one and if the *insurance* price they would collect at the time of the root canal included the new crown. I told the office manager that Renata told me that I would not need a new crown because he would drill through the one I had. The office manager apologized for "my misunderstanding" and repeated that the $494 procedure was the "first" part of the treatment plan and the remaining portion would be another $804. I was stunned at their blatant lie about the treatment...I told her that having the "real consultation" at the time of my scheduled procedure was equivalent to a bait and switch scheme and that I felt deceived. She offered her blank apology once again. I asked for a copy of my patient file. She said, "okay, well...there is a $20 fee and I'll need time to copy it all". I said, "Fine. I'll be here tomorrow to pick it up and give you the $20". I left. Furious. This is the most dishonest dental practice I have ever come across. And to think that I was THERE FOR A CONSULTATION only a week before. Why wasn't the ENTIRE TREATMENT PLAN listed? They only put "part" of the treatment on for a reason. They want to get you there, drill into your tooth (or crown)...they know you'll HAVE to come back for the "second part" and they have you in a vulnerable spot. If they would have been honest and straight-forward about the treatment, I would have been able to plan financially for the treatment and not felt as if I was being taken advantage of...this is very bad business. Avoid avoid avoid this place! We have been going there for years, paying what we thought was fair (not knowing the difference). We have full insurance but every time we went, we had to pay out of pocket hundreds of dollars for "things not covered". The last straw was when my son went in and they told him he needed fillings, a "Deep Cleaning", and porcelain-something-or-other (that is what the bill said, we tried to call to get clarification but they could not tell us). All of this was (according to them) required and not covered under our insurance and he would have to pay $4,490! We went to another dentist for a second opinion and everything he needed... fillings and a cleaning was 100% covered under our insurance. Jupiter Dental Group is a scam machine trying to extract as much cash out of patients as possible. A disgrace to the dental profession. Every review in yelp proves it. read more

Avoid this place. When I called to book my appointment (well in advance) I asked if I could see the Dentist and hygienist in the same visit. I was told that was possible and booked an appointment for 2 pm. Prior to the day of my appointment, I got an email and text reminder about my 2 pm appointment. I arrive and sign at 2 the reception window is closed. I see the receptionist open the window and take the names after a couple of other patients come in and sign in, but No one in the office acknowledges me until 2:30 when I am called into see the Dentist by the dental assistant. A few X-rays are taken and the Dentist looks a my teeth for about one minute. I'm then brought back to the waiting room and told that the hygienist would be with me shortly. I sat in the waiting room from 2:50-3:30 when the receptionist poked her head out and asked if I'd been helped-first time she's spoken to me since my arrival at 2. I explained that I'd seen the Dentist and was waiting to see hygienist. She informed me that I didn't have an appointment until 4 and could go grab something to eat and come back if I wanted. Perhaps I could have been informed that there was such a gap between "appointments " and run errands, but wasn't told until I'd wasted so much time. Shame on me, I decided I'd just suck it up and wait the next 30 minuets since I'd already invested so much time. Four o'clock came and went and I finally just got up and walked out. The hygienist called at 4:30 and asked if I'd left, and I told her the issue. She'd acknowledged that it was bad scheduling but out of her control and said I could call her directly from now on. This office staff is clueless and there is no concern for time or customer service. Simple, honest communication would go a long way. read more

HORRIBLE!!!!!!! Absolutely the worst dental experience ever!!! STAY AWAY!!! I am a nurse practitioner and I understand how patients should and deserve to be treated and this business treats patients like dogs. Not only are they habitually late when you have an appointment but their policy states that if you cancel on them within 48 hours they will charge you a $50 fee, do you think that same policy applies to the patient? Absolutely not. My appointment was cancelled 45minutes before the scheduled time and I spoke with the office manager and asked to have the same policy apply to me especially since I already hired a babysitter to watch my kids to get a cleaning. She yelled at me on the phone stating it was totally unreasonable to have a $50 cancelation fee be given to me or applied to my account even though they have the right to collect it from you if you cancel on them within 2 days of your appointment. Worst customer care I have ever dealt with. If I treated my patients like this I would be out of business! read more
