I paid for the $75 interior clean service. They were done in about 5 minutes. Horrible work. Screen still covered with fingerprints, cup holders not cleaned at all, nothing dusted, prints still on the windows. I'd love for someone from the car wash to get back to me.

That should avoid streaking on the windows from residue on towels that have already wiped the body. Move the cars that need vacuuming to a separate line and stop holding us others up who don't want it. Also the quality of the vacuuuming is not good. Shaking a rug a few times and barely running the head over it does not give a good job nor do they cover all interior surfaces that accumulate dust. It takes me 10-15 minutes to throughly vacuum my small car. The staff is friendly and pleasant the unlimited deal is great. I hope that this is passed onto the management since I have already addressed these issues with them and not gotten any results.
