If you have a nice car avoid this place at all cost. They dry wash half the car and leave scratches and swirls all over your paint. They do not wash the other half the car and just smear around the old dirt on your paint when they dry it which causes more scratches and swirls and the car looks dirty. If you have an suv they don't touch the roof. Honestly my little kids would do a much better job. $30 to let them destroy the paint and now $350 to have a professional fix it somewhat hopefully read more

This is the only place I take my convertible Mercedes-Benz to be washed. They do a very thorough job and are extremely careful with my car and the soft top. I like the specials they run each week, and you can get a punch card to earn a free wash. The pricing is already reasonable. They do detailing at this location as well, which is really convenient. Regardless of the 3.0 review, I went to this location instead of another on because it was closer. I regret not driving to a better one. I watched them as they half asses, lightly washed my car. Didn't even wipe it down. Every person was asking them for a rag because they were rushing. Horrible job! read more

First time I tried this car was and will be the last. I'm in from California and am used to a very good car was for the same price. The fellas doing the wash were done in about 5 minutes where I'm used to them taking about 20 to 25. There were two cars being washed, so they weren't busy so they wasn't any reason to hurry. The windows had dried water spots and the interior was left untouched. Rims filthy. All and all, very disappointing. I always tip $5 before I even look inside but this time I should have looked. read more

We are fortunate to belong to the unlimited wash plan and it is often that we take both of our cars here. Dave always makes us feel welcomed upon arrival and the crew does a great job of taking good care of our needs. They vacuum thoroughly and dry everything well so when we leave we don't have streaks running down our vehicle. I love that it is hand washed and have no machines beating your car finish up. Went to the Tequesta Unlimited Car wash to get my car washed and interior cleaned. If I could post pictures, you wouldn't believe the totally unacceptable job. I don't think they washed the car! Dirt, finger prints everywhere - the reason it needed a wash. If you like poor service, bad attitude employees continue doing business with this organization. Not sure how they stay in business. I've told myself the last few times I have got my truck washed here, that it would be the LAST TIME! It's convenient since I'm local but the service is horrible! The manager hangs out at the front where the prepping is done and never comes to see the "finished product". The Hispanic guys have never been formally taught how to wash a vehicle properly (Not their fault). But when obvious brake dust isn't taken off the rims, bugs all over the front were left on, wheel wells and door jams untouched, excessive tire shine so it's slings all over the vehicle, and rags are just being wiped over the vehicles with no instruction... this falls on poor hiring/training. I have complained and had the manager come see it and he grabs a rag while I have one in my hand as well to make it right. Would be a great place for a car wash! read more

Just a couple of constructive comments generally very good service Dry the windows FIRST with a clean dry towel not after wiping the car body. That should avoid streaking on the windows from residue on towels that have already wiped the body. Move the cars that need vacuuming to a separate line and stop holding us others up who don't want it. Also the quality of the vacuuuming is not good. Shaking a rug a few times and barely running the head over it does not give a good job nor do they cover all interior surfaces that accumulate dust. It takes me 10-15 minutes to throughly vacuum my small car. The staff is friendly and pleasant the unlimited deal is great. I hope that this is passed onto the management since I have already addressed these issues with them and not gotten any results. read more

Normally this place does a great job. I came in to get my car washed, ordered the ultimate and went in to pay. Took out my loyalty card and as it turn out it was full so I got a free wash and only paid the difference if $13. Waited for me car then went home. I noticed bigs on the windshield but figured I could over look that. Went to the passenger side to grab my dry cleaning and saw that side of my car was not clean (it had a string of something all around he wheel well) and I. Fact looked like coffee spilled down the side on bothe sides. Went back to place and the "manager" told me I had paid for. $13 wash and needed to go buy another one. Needless to say I was pissed. I got it taken care of aftter speaking with 3 people but always walk around your car when you get in just in case. Save yourself time and frustration read more

I paid for a extra wax which included wash inside and out and they didn't even clean the inside . After I told the manager David , he was rude to me and could clearly see the dirt on the carpet and grime on seats. I asked for a refund he said no way . After arguing with me he took my Vehicle back but didn't say sorry for the inconvenience if anything I was the one who was causing the inconvenience to him . I do not recommend this location. Every time I leave I have to go over my car with a clean towel, dash is never wiped, windshield is never ever streak free. I will admit that if you go to the location on Indiantown at 95 and its not to busy they will do a pretty decent job. But if they are busy you get a Mcwash and Mcdry no matter what service you chose. read more

My family and I have been taking our cars here for a while now but lately they've been slacking. Last time they didn't dust my front dash And left dog hair on my seats. Not so happy with this car wash anymore. My husband and I are frequent customers. I am not sure if they changed owners but the prices went up tremendously. I was going to get a detail until I was informed it was $125 I can go down the road to get it a lot cheaper. Today I gave this car wash one last chance and this is why I decided to write this review I went in to get my husbands car washed and my car was not cleaned or vacuumed correctly my rims were still dirty and there were still bugs on the front of the car. I asked to speak to the manager and the person I generally deal with was no longer there. I ended up speaking to a gentleman named Chris or maybe his name was Cory who stated he was in charge. Anyways... he tried wiping down the rims and when I checked the car again it was still dirty and I was told if I wanted it cleaned further I would have to pay more money. I will now be taking my business else where it's just not the same anymore the new owner of the car wash is not going to be pleasing many customers this way. -Linda jones read more

Don't print coupons if you don't want people to use them! Took car in for express hand wax. Start to finish it was about 20 minutes. I usually have to take detail spray and a towel to car after regular washes, so I checked. As usual they did not wipe out the pockets of the door handles, as well as other marks on the car. Went back and asked the manager, who did the job, for a rag to wipe out the door handles. He hands me a rag and under his breath I get "what do you want for $27 dollars." I said " I would like someone to take the 20 seconds to wipe out the door handles!" This is why I usually drive to the location on Indiantown by 95, where they do a better job and you don't get the attitude. read more

I've been going to this car wash for years and bought a new truck and spoke to three different employees to that did not speak English very well and the lady in front I signed up for the unlimited car wash for my truck told them what it was wrote it on my application they took my credit card for the first payment and then called me a week later and says we're sorry we can't grant that unlimited car wash for my truck. She advised me on the phone that the unlimited is only six carwashes per month so how could unlimited be limited she also told me the initial fee when I was at the store was 3999 or 4999 and then the woman that called me for billing said it was 7499. I don't know how long the new owner of this car wash has been in businessBut I'll be honest with you I will never go back to this car wash I know they're established and do a lot of vehicles there but what kind of customer service does do they have with the lady saying what do you want to do if you want the unlimited six times a month at 7499 instead of what we quoted you and took your credit card for the initial payment very disappointed customer service wise with this car wash especially being in a little town of Tequesta and me and my family going there for years to get our cars washed highly disappointed read more

A hand car wash with a bunch of idiots.....They don't rinse off the car before washing, they just apply the soap and start rubbing with their mitts all the dirt and grime right into the finish! Anybody that has any knowledge and common sense knows this is a no no....and when I told them they looked at me like I was crazy and said I have no idea on how to wash a car and this is the way they have been doing it for years....well I made them rinse the car before laying a mitt on it and pulled away...the whole point of going to a hand car wash is so that you don't get and scratches or swirl marks..... again just plain stupid! read more
