If I bought an incorrect size I would understand their no refund policy, but both of these were their employee's mistakes- and it still falls under their no refund policy? I'm guessing this falls under the buyer beware policy???

What a complete waste of money for me and perhaps the worst customer service I've experienced in a very long time. Beware.. this family walks around wearing very expensive jewelry and who do u think pays for it.. we do! They sell low grade merchandise, much of it silver, and way overcharge.
