His stuff is incredible, very fairly priced and decorated beautifully. Not cramped like some antique stores. I took my sisters there six months later on our sister's trip, and I'm going there again tomorrow for my annual solo trip. Can't wait to see what I find this time!

Happiness set in as soon as I walked through the door. Clean, organized, bright and more importantly -- no old, dirty smell! The first item that caught my eye was a handmade mug. It reminded me of when my grandson was learning the alphabet as he would excitedly shout "N is for Narwhal!" Needless to say, I couldn't put it back down. We browsed every corner and found so many lovely items, including a beautiful vintage vanity (on my wish list). Prices were surprisingly reasonable, which made it really difficult not to buy more. As we were ready to check out with my mug, the husband pointed out a tiny silver scoop in a locked case. He could tell on my face that I wanted to add it to my collection, so he called someone to open the case -- he's such an enabler. :) The staff are easy to find, incredibly friendly and helpful. Such a great place -- we'll be back!

While in Solvang, we found this really cool vintage thrift shop and walked around a bit. The inside had so many items to look at, but still felt very organized and didn't leave me feeling overwhelmed. They had everything - old records, comics, purses, fur coats, glassware -- even backstage passes from different concerts which I thought was pretty cool. I am always on the hunt for Uranium glass and A Piece of the Past had a few items. One being an ashtray and another being a set of glasses that I am still kicking myself for not just buying. Service was very friendly throughout the store and I also thought that most of the items were fairly priced - it didn't feel like they were trying to gouge anyone. Check them out!

This thrift shop began in 1963 to help support scholarships and other worthy causes. I found a Tess Gerritsen book and some adorable Christmas decor. The pricing was very reasonable compared to some Temecula thrift shops. Check out was quick & friendly. My items were carefully wrapped then placed in a nice canvas tote bag. This was a very pleasant experience and it felt good to support a nonprofit.

I have seldom seen a better curated collection than this shop has, and I've never seen such reasonable prices! I walked away with an incredible hand sown sequin designer shirt for under $50! When we left the shop, gleefully, I failed to realize I had lost an earring somewhere in her store, while trying on clothes. I reached out to Sue via email and she responded immediately! She found my missing earring and mailed it back to me. It was my Mother's and was really special to me. This shop owner really understands the value of quality items and sentimental treasures. I believe this place is family-run, and it shows in how thoughtfully it's maintained. It felt inclusive and welcoming. Appointments are highly recommended, and this is not a space for children. I noticed they allow calm, well-behaved pets on leash or harness for private parties, which I appreciated. I first visited at 7 AM when they were closed just to admire the exterior, then came back around 12:30 PM to take it all in with better light. We were given a mini history lesson on vintage corkscrews and wine antiques, and it was honestly far more engaging and fascinating than I expected. There were so many pieces I wanted to take home, but there are only so many bottle openers one person can own, let alone a vintage one. We browsed, we listened, we soaked it all in, and it turned into a really fun and unexpected pop‑in that was absolutely worth the stop.
