Customer service is great, there are enough tellers, too, who are personable and professional. I have meant to update this review for awhile because it's really become a much more inviting place. Though I typically do not review branches or chains, I do think it's important to recognize when the experience of a business is noticeably good or not. It's good here. Part of what makes this branch so good is that there are faces here of people who have been at this branch for a few years now. So, it makes it easier to know that they belong here which translate into a familiarity that gets passed to the customer. I think the people who work here make all the difference.

If you're having problems at a branch, instead of cowering behind the coffee station maybe you should try to reassure your customers that the problem is being worked on rather than looking like a bunch of idiots standing around talking to each other in view of the people banging at the door. it gives the impression that the bank doesn't care about its customers or rudely ignores them.
