I would not recommend using this process server. My experience was extremely stressful and…read moreunprofessional during an already difficult time involving a harassment case. There were repeated delays in attempting service, and communication was inconsistent throughout. At one point, the server shared personal issues that were affecting her ability to complete the job, which should NOT impact a client's case. I have documentation where she told me she would send service via social media, however, when I confirmed if it was done, as stated, it was not. I was told that multiple service attempts had been made; however, when I asked a simple question about whether the residence had a Ring camera, which would confirm those attempts), there was hesitation and an incorrect response. I knew they had a ring doorbell; and, 3 Police Officers who were attempting service also confirmed they had a ring doorbell camera. This raised serious concerns and validated my suspicions whether service attempts were actually being made; they weren't. Additionally, there was a lack of transparency when her contact information changed (her number charged) and I was not informed. Required service updates were also not filed with the court in a timely manner. Overall, this experience caused unnecessary ADDITIONAL stress and delays in a time-sensitive legal matter. I would strongly encourage others to carefully consider their options before hiring. I have a lot of documentation and instead of filing a formal complaint with the Attorney General's office and Better Business Bureau, I'm starting with a review through Yelp. Given the lack of timely service, communication issues, and overall experience, I believe a refund is warranted.

I was then told that all of the documents hadn't arrived yet, so again, I contacted my broker, again, I got the ball rolling. Finally went in to sign the paperwork and was advised that my cheque, once received by Sidhu, would be direct deposited to my account. On the day the monies were to be deposited, nothing in my account, again, I contacted my broker and was advised the cheque had been sent that morning, I called Sidhu, again, I got the ball rolling. They advised the cheque was there and when I asked about the direct deposit, I was advised they'd have it delivered to the bank by 3:00 PM or I could pick up the cheque, I picked up the cheque. Once I got home from the bank, I had to contact them again, because they had advised that they would email me all of my signed documents, oh and I hadn't received them. Again, I got the ball rolling to get this done. I believe that for all of the running around I did and keeping on top of them to ensure things were being done, I should get a pay cheque from them for my work. I have advised them that because of these issues and one other from a past experience with them, they now lost a customer. I was going to get my will completed by them, as well as a Power of Attorney. That certainly won't happen now. So if you looking at having any legal work done, stay as far away from these people as you can.

Seeing as my husband and myself both work I ask what time he would be in the office. She told me that he would be in on Tuesday between 10am and 3 pm. We made arrangements to go and I thought that I would call before we left and the receptionist told me that he was in only until 12pm. When I asked about her assurance, last week that he would be in until 3pm her only answer was "Not today." No further help or suggestions, no apology. In my opinion this is very unprofessional and I don't know how anyone can run a successful business this way. My sister was going to be needing a notary as well. Her business will also be going elsewhere. Thankfully I found another notary who was able to help us and shockingly was also able to make an appointment time for us.
