I found Annette on Wedding Wire and did some research and loved the positive reviews she got so I decided to reach out to her. From the moment I spoke to her on the phone, I knew she was the right coordinator for me. She was attentive and SUPER quick to respond. Not only was she the coordinator, but she also brought fruit to my wedding which my guests loved. She was super on top of everything the day of the wedding and I highly recommend her. You're receiving 1 star from me because of how bad you let Michael and I down. You know what you did was wrong and that you literally stole from us. You knew that michael and I had no clue what we were doing and therefore you took advantage of us. And now? You get to hide behind your legal contract and legally scam me? The #1 and sole fact that we cut ties with you was because you ghosted me as your client for two solid months before I finally reached out to you! In the beginning I was the one asking all of the questions such as what I need to be doing on my end...? You call yourself a wedding planner. But yet you provided not one useful piece of advice and provided zero guidance. You couldn't be bothered to follow up with us. We paid hard earned money for you! They say you live and you learn. Loved working with Just 2 Sweet Candy Creations - and it's such a cute little shop! I threw a birthday party for my two year old and ordered from them two dozen red velvet cupcakes and (because they had raving reviews on Yelp), two dozen lemon bars as well. We were not disappointed! I was complimented numerous times on how amazing the lemon bars are, better than any other lemon bar, and oh my gosh I have to have another. Yes! They're that good. She was very gracious and understanding when I was late to pick them up the morning of the party. Be aware that they need a couple weeks to prepare any larger special orders, which is understandable. I came in with 10 days notice, and she made it work for us. My only recommendation is to be able to pay over the phone for an order. I received a quote by facebook and stopped in to place the order in person, but since she wasn't there, we had to stop by a second time to pay in person. Not a huge deal, but it would have been easier to give her a cc number over the phone. read more

**Buyer Beware** Annette Hernandez (Owner) will NOT work with you if you change dates. They will take your ENTIRE deposit and not return it. Did we have a signed contract...yes. Did we move our dates due to Covid...yes (who didn't). We were told many many times "I understand, we are here for you both when you are ready to move forward". Not only did we trust Annette when she told us these things we also paid her close to $1,000 for our deposit. When I told Annette the new date in 2022 she was magically "booked" and then refused to return ANY of our deposit even though she had other weddings the same day!! After many calls and emails asking to refund something (ANYTHING) all she could reference is the contract even though she emailed us saying she will extend our contract no problem many times. DO NOT book this company. We booked this as a day of coordinator, not even a full wedding planner and we booked all our other vendors ourselves. They literally just had to show up for the event for a few hrs and they want to keep our whole deposit....this is not a company to do business with (and I work in the event industry)! STAY AWAY and book someone that actually cares about you and your wedding or event and not just for the deposit. I worked with this company twice. Once for my wedding in 2015 and just recently for my baby shower September 2016. Just2sweet uses a major amount of creativity and professionalism each time you meet with them. For my wedding, I needed help from a consultant and had a candy bar. Annette was amazing at keeping everything on task and the candy was delicious. For my baby shower... I had this team create goody bags for my guests which were cute and tasty! I would definitely recommend this team for anyone that has a sweet tooth or have an important event. This team is awesome! read more

Annette and her team were amazing! She helped us with multiple things for our wedding. First, she helped with our candy buffet, which was a hit--for both the adults and children. She also helped us with our wedding favors tags, which turned out beautiful. She was super helpful, and attentive to our vision and captured that perfectly with our tags and candy buffet. Originally, my husband and I did not have a coordinator, we were going to have a family friend help us with day-of coordination, until Annette offered to help us. She saved the day!
