Not only did Adrian get back to me, but he was very nice on the phone and very informative. The price was reasonable and he even went the extra step to text me a picture of the bounce house I was requesting to make sure it's the one I wanted (since I was reading from the website, he wanted to be sure we were on the same page.) I contacted him the week my party to confirm everything and again the day before. Everything was good to go and he was great about getting back. I was told that on the day of the party, I should expect them anywhere from 2 -3 hours early. Adrian called me to let me know they were on the way, in the midst of party planning chaos, it was GREAT to get a heads up for that. The team had it up and ready so quickly I was kind of in shock. They told me that they would come around 8:30 PM to collect it but if we were done before that, just to let them know. After the party started to wind down, and I couldn't get my kids out of the bounce house, I gave them a call and said we were ready when they were. I was told that they would call me when they were on the way, and they did. And that was great because it gave me time to get my kids out and they could squeeze in "A few more minutes" before the team was actually here and they weren't standing around waiting for my kids. The bounce house was clean, it was fun, and I handed out a few cards to other parents who were looking for their own parties. I will definitely use them again.

The bounce houses are always clean when we receive them and most of all the staff is nice. They are willing to help and go the extra mile to get the bounce house exactly where you want it. (We've had to change spots a few times) What I love most about CCPF is their willingness to give back to the community. That's HUGE. They are very involved in the high school around their area and a lot of the sporting events and holiday events in the community. The day of the event he called/texted me in the morning to confirm the time he would be at our home and to give us the final price based on the slide we chose. They arrived on time, did their job, set up a plan to return, and were gone in a few minutes. The bounce house/slide was fantastic! The kids and adults had a wonderful time. It was the best birthday party we've ever put on. From here on out, we'll always skimp on the minutia in order to have a bounce house/slide at our parties. If you plan in advance, have a good attitude, and don't expect the world out of a bounce house company, you should be pretty satisfied with your experience. The coaches teach the classes in an encouraging, supportive, and positive way that celebrates each kiddo based on their individual needs. Both of our girls continue to build confidence in themselves and their skills. They are learning to do really cool things, but more importantly, they are learning to believe in themselves, that it's okay not be perfect the first time (or second, or third, etc.), and that hard work pays off. They also have in-house competitions twice a year where the kiddos learn routines for the bars, beam, floor, and vault. Everyone is so supportive of the kids and all of the parents support and cheer on all of the kids. It's a really special community. And they have really fun day camps during the summer and school holidays that are a life saver for parents, and where the kids have a BLAST!
