Used Trish to help book a vacation....will not use again. We planned trip several months in advance, did all research on destinations and hotels ourselves with very little input from her (if you could get a hold of her). She is very patronizing and condescending. Basically, decided to stick with her in case any problems arose on the trip. Some of the individuals in our group didn't have the right room/accommodations that were promised. We just took care of it ourselves while at resort (resort and staff were amazing). We did contact her on the trip in regards to a serious problem/complication and she told us that she couldn't help us. We feel like we paid her money basically to "click a few buttons" on the computer. FInd someone else or just book the trip yourself! read more

Worst customer service on the planet! Since when can your business hours state you are open at…read more9:00 am, but the employee doesn't come strolling in until 9:31? We had reservations to pick up a car this morning from the Enterprise at 37th and Woodlawn in Wichita, KS. My husband had someone run into his truck and he needs transportation while his vehicle is getting body work done. We were told to arrive at 8:30 am. Why, I am not sure, as they do not even open until 9:00 am. Multiple people arrived behind us and there was a long line that had formed leading up to 9:00 am. When 9:15 am arrived and no one had yet arrived to work this location, a couple of people left, hoping to get better service at another store or find other alternatives for their needs. After waiting another 15 minutes with no idea if anyone was ever going to show up to work or open the building on this day, we gave up and left as well. As we were pulling out of the parking lot at 9:31 am, we saw a female with an enterprise shirt on, approaching the front door of the business with some keys. We went ahead and continued leaving, as we didn't anticipate our experience once inside the store would be any better than what we had experienced so far. I hope I NEVER have to deal with this piece of crap business ever again, and I will tell everyone I know to avoid it like the plague!

We have used Trish for over 15 years for our family vacations or just quick get-a-ways!! She is very knowledgable and efficient. We recently went to Belgium and Holland. Right before our flight from Amsterdam to Chicago, we found out the flight from Chicago to Wichita had been cancelled. All rental cars and flights out were booked. Trish found a flight from Midway Airport ( we were flying into O'Hare) at the last minute. It was about 11 o clock at night Wichtia time. she was able to book the flight forus, and we were able to get home on time. WOOHOOO! ;o) !!! We definately recommend Just 4 U to our freinds!! read more

Thank you Trish very much for your help. Seemed there was no question about the credit after you called. I really enjoyed the resort. Our room was great, our view, the food, the beach.
