The fan kept going out anytime we'd go up. AC was barely working. The bus stopped on us in the middle of the high during a high traffic in Albuquerque. Which was a real safety risk. The drivers had to keep pulling over and resetting some switch and the sensor. A supposed to be 18hour trip turned to 24 hrs almost. He owner claimed to have the vehicle looked at in Phoenix, however we faced the same issues headed home. Making this trip very miserable and uncomfortable. The owner took no accountability for the issues and tried to gaslight. The driver especially Jeff Jr were exceptional, and tried what they could to get us there and home. Oh and let's not forget the owner claimed he had a mechanic a hour away from Albuquerque and told us to keep going so we could meet them just to turn around and tell us the bus was German and they don't shave anyone to work on it. We called this company and they assured us they can get us there on time. Tony arrived on the day, with a very nice executive van by 4:15am. We were thrilled! Tony is a wonderful driver and host and even offered us ice cold waters. We were all comfortable and rode in style to the airport. Headed to Hawaii, the TV was playing an underwater ocean theme. My mother, unknowingly, made the reservation under "Jeff", my full name is "Arnold Jeffrey". We decided this might be a problem with the TSA. Over next three weeks or so I tried to speak with Angie to get this correctly. It took many phone calls to speak to her (she never would return my calls). Angie told me she was too busy booking travel for the aircraft companies to address this problem. She final agreed to correct my name, but it would take TWO WEEKS?!? I did get an email saying it was fixed. Didn't think anything else about it. Fast forward to 11/30, I am at the TSA check point. The agent says "who's Jeff?" I explain the situation. He sent me back to the AA ticket counter to get it corrected. By the time that was done I had missed my flight. Apparently, Angie had only corrected the flight out, not the return trip. Best part? Was the only flight out that date. I still CANNOT wrap my mind around how an "agent" is too busy to make a simple correction. Then screw it up. Too busy with more important customers.
