While some of their clothing was offered in a cotton blend, most were synthetic. Plus their prices were moderately high. It's a price I would have paid if the items I liked were available in my size. Eventually, I spotted a dozen or two ties to choose from and at $15, that's too rich for my blood. Only one of them was close to the color scheme I needed and I'm just not going to spend that much money for something I will wear once. I have a bunch at home. Ray (the owner) took measurements, looked at me hit my old clubs, and analyzed my swing using different lies and shaft lengths until he maximized my swing. He even helped me with a couple of swing issues while fitting me. They gave me a great trade in value for my Calloway Rogue X irons, and ordered my custom set of Ping G710 irons and a new driver. Their knowledge and insights into the club technology and applying that to my "ok" swing is great. Plus, being there for a few hours allowed us to see firsthand how the key to their success is not only their expertise in club fitting - it's also their customer service. They truly know and care for their customers. Many came in during our fitting and, for at least one customer, Ray knew what kind of golf balls they used and hooked him up. I also overheard a phone conversation with a customer and a supplier in tracking down a wayward golf bag. They immediately found the issue and notified the customer to his satisfaction.
