One thing that may help others: you can simply call to make your reservation. That wasn't completely clear to me from the website, but I called, made our reservation over the phone, and the entire process was very easy. Check-in when we arrived was quick and simple as well. Our airboat guide, Josh, was fantastic! He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and made the ride so much fun--it honestly felt like a roller coaster through the mangroves! He was also incredibly helpful when Grandma started feeling nauseous during the ride. He made sure she was okay and took great care of us. The gator experience afterward was another highlight. The gentleman handling the alligators--Pat the "Gator Whisperer," --was extremely knowledgeable and explained that he had personally trained and worked with the gators. We even got to hold one! The scenery was beautiful, the airboat ride was an absolute blast, and everyone we interacted with was friendly and knowledgeable.
