The owner, Ryan Holloway, tried to upsell me on his luxury yacht "The Propensity," but when I asked if there was fishing on it, he said no. I declined and he told me I could fish on a different boat. I paid $2,575 on that basis. The night before our trip I got a confirmation text for the yacht. The one with no fishing. When I confronted him he was rude and dismissive, repeating "you know what you signed up for." When I asked for a refund he refused. He told me he would return my money only if I signed a contract agreeing never to leave a negative review. I could have had my $2,575 back. I said no. I would rather lose that money and warn every person I can than be silenced by someone with this level of customer service. Ryan Holloway made $2,575 for a five-minute phone call, delivered no service whatsoever, and then tried to buy my silence to cover it up. And if you go read the other reviews here, you'll see the same pattern every single time. One negative reviewer was told their review was meant for a competitor, not him. Another was blamed entirely for their own bad experience. There is zero accountability, zero ownership, and zero attempt to make anything right. Just excuses and deflection. Book somewhere that will actually show up for your family.

Nick took us to multiple spots and handled everything. Provided ice for beer, instructions for rookies, help landing the fish, and plenty of photo opportunities! When we got back to the dock he filleted the the fish and got us on our way. He knew where to find fish, kept us busy the entire 4 hour trip... and he is a veteran... support good guys like this!!
