I went here with my boyfriend on the way to panama beach and this was the best stop ever. We rented a canoe and it was one of the best experiences. It was so peaceful and fun. We both enjoyed the clear water and river entirely. Also the mini water park they had was SO MUCH FUN. It looks small but we had a blast. We wanted to stay there all day but had to keep moving. Definitely recommend if you are driving towards panama beach or a 2 min stop out of the way!! Also the customer service and owners were so kind

Gorgeous spot!! Came here with my family for spring break and we had such a fun time. We rented canoes which were amazing and the natural springs were so beautiful. We all had a blast swimming and using the rope swing and will definitely be coming back!

So fun and soo beautiful! I couldnt have asked for a better experience! The springs was beautiful and they give you directions before you get in. We only spent a short while cause we were hungry but next time i will def pack food and stay the whole day!

WOW!!!! This place is insanely gorgeous. When you arrive, you will pay and sign waivers and then wait for your van to carry you canoes, paddle boards or kayaks upstream. It's not a very long way to the actual spring from the launch site and the directions are clearly displayed on the trees. The spring was pretty crowded but there was still plenty of room for everyone. I'm still speechless at how amazing (and COLD) the water is. There is a rope swing for the daredevils. (If this 35 year old can do it, you can too) The trip back to the launch is a bit long, especially if you've spent most of your day at the springs and now you're trying to get back to the launch by 5:30. The canoes cost $40 (so $20 per person) We will DEFINITELY be back.

This turned out to be one of the best things we did on our vacation this year. The rental equipment was in very good shape, the staff was friendly and the entire paddle was beautiful. The spring was way more than expected. I highly recommend checking this place out. It requires basically zero paddling experience. It took us about three hours to complete but you could stretch it out much longer if you were so inclined. The creek is very clear and very clean.

It's peaceful. I paddle the channel that leads to the Gulf with amazing reflections on the water. I paddle the cove around the private docks. I see crab pots and an occasional gator observing me - an intruder. The first time I paddled here I pulled my board up on the sand and walked over to the Gulf, but when I came back, my board was gone. The water rose very quickly and my board was pulled out into the channel. So I swam out and got it and learned a lesson about how quickly the water level can change. It's all of this, the diversity of looks and the complexity of it, that make it my favorite place to paddle.

My family and I spent a couple hours at the beach. It is a great place to paddleboard or swim. There is a man-made reef about one or two football fields out. You can get to it by going to the yellow poles on the beach and swimming directly out. If the poles appear to be one you are going the right way, if you can see both poles then you are off course. There was a group of kayakers out there doing a tour when I was there so I swam out and joined them. It was fun but I don't recommend anyone who didn't competitively swim to do that. The waves can be big and a paddleboard or kayak would have been safer. Once you get out to the reef there is so much wildlife. Lots of fish and even sea turtles!!
