They said they were there but they did not leave a notice on our door which the head Ashley office said they would have done if they had been there. I called the manager for the store, I believe Damian was his name, and he was the rudest most obnoxious, unprofessional person I have ever experienced in my 72 yrs. He even hung up on my son. He would not even listen to me or let me explain my side but kept running his mouth saying we were lying and wouldn't even let me speak. I can definitely see why they are going out of business. There was no way they would even work with me to compromise but insisted that to get the sofa which i had already paid for I would have to pay another $180 to get it delivered so that would have been $360 for delivery that I had already paid for.
