I literally paid $150 for 1 day. I told the owner and she just said they had sprayed and would spray again. We moved out my things but had to empty every box, every drawer to make sure the bugs weren't coming with me. There were roaches in my stuff after1 day. The owner didn't refund any of my $150.

The husband + wife owners are very friendly and accommodating as well. It has 24/7 gate access and is fully enclosed to keep out those who don't belong, but if someone does get in, then the security cameras will catch their actions. The price is competitively comparable to anywhere else, especially since it is so brand new. I give this business my highest rating and recommendation!

Twice I have rented trailers from them and twice there were tire problems. First time, a tire…read morepeeled off the rim and we waited on the side of the road for 4 hrs for their Roadside Assistance. I rented a bigger trailer the second time. Had a hard time pulling off to get gas from the highway. A wheel had locked up. Another tire problem. Three hours later, roadside assistance came to replace it. In removing it, the brake behind the tire was in pieces. Brakes were not available at any auto shop. They put us up in a hotel. The following day, an over the road mechanic rebuilt the brakes. Twenty two hours later, we were on the road again. Had to go back to this store for any credit. Management at this facility said tire problems happen. Had to argue to get a small credit. STAY FAR AWAY from here.

And tried to convince me my whole unit had been stolen, and upon inspection of my unit, I had found it was clearly swept and cleaned. I even found some of my items at the dump. I asked them why didn't they call and verify the info they had was correct before getting rid of my items? She retorted with "I don't make calls. Of I did that I'd never get anything done." My things we're not even there for the full month I had paid for. I told her I knew she was lying about the unit being robbed as I had found pillows of mine at the dump, she replied with "that's just how we do things around here." I'm so sorry I trusted these people with things I have carried around my whole life! Furniture my deceased father had made! Just flung to the dump or the living rooms of these sick people.
