After renting a unit from here for 11 months and never using their dumpster, I was cleaning out my…read moreunit today and put in a few boards in the one dumpster on property. I lifted the lids and put them in and the dumpster was not at all overflowing. I get back around to my unit to gather the remaining things and the older lady with short white hair walks out and asks if I just used the dumpster and I replied yes. She says that the city fines her if they have to get out of their garbage truck due to other renters piling trash and over flowing it. I told her that I would go back and make sure it wasn't overflowing. She begins shaking her head and I told her that it was the first time I've ever even used their dumpster. I told her that o would be out today anyways and all my things would be removed, she said then go back to the dumpster and get my trash and take it with me as if she was mad I was leaving or telling me that I wasn't allowed to dump my belongings in there now. I'm paid up till tomorrow and should be allowed to use it. Very unprofessional the way she went about the whole situation. My suggestion to her is that they take the money they get from everyone and invest in an extra dumpster since it doesn't seem to be enough with the one and they are continually getting fined for overflowing it OR check the cameras and tack that fine to the renter that's causing that fine.

I brought it here and everyone was very kind and said they would store it for me free of charge. Just yesterday I went to go pick it up but no one knew where it had gone. The only quirky thing we asked for and in which they worked with us on is changing the ownership of the unit over to a friend of ours because of a new job of my husband's and relocation contract. I told the Owner a week in advance knowing we would have to pay the full month even though we were moving out in the first half of that billing month. While moving my husband's things to our new house, we came across a DEAD OPOSSUM. Legit, we took photos to show the owner. I reported it to the owner saying that it had obviously been there a long time because of the condition of the dead rodent however I can't prove the length of time without hiring a professional so can she just refund us $100 for the one month that we were only there 1/2 of the month.... This is when things got ugly and where I will never recommend this couple or their businesses. They own 2 local businesses across the street from one another. I have never been treated like they treated my husband and I. She had the audacity to accuse me of planting the dead opossum in our unit. I was 5 months pregnant..... It was an inside air conditioned unit. I have no clue how it got there but it did. After months of trying to work with them and do all that they asked, they wouldn't call us back. She didn't email me back for 3 weeks and when I called she said she was too busy to respond....too busy to respond for 3 weeks.... I would be fired at my job with that performance. She was then surprised when we did call to follow up saying she thought this was resolved (which is obviously crazy since there was no communication from her). She accused us of planting the dead rodent and accused us of trying to get out of the contract. All of a sudden subleasing was a problem, when it was explained thoroughly at the beginning before we did it so she would understand, and she could tell us if we were breaking any rules. These people are so crazy and rude that we nicknamed her the opossum lady. DO NOT USE this storage company. We're talking a refund of $100 for a 1/2 month of occupancy after we had paid them for 3 years $100/month never being late or causing any issues.

Twice I have rented trailers from them and twice there were tire problems. Had a hard time pulling off to get gas from the highway. A wheel had locked up. Another tire problem. Three hours later, roadside assistance came to replace it. In removing it, the brake behind the tire was in pieces. Brakes were not available at any auto shop. They put us up in a hotel. The following day, an over the road mechanic rebuilt the brakes. Twenty two hours later, we were on the road again. Had to go back to this store for any credit. Management at this facility said tire problems happen. Had to argue to get a small credit.
