Our guide, Oliver, was knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about the environment and the Savage River Reservoir. He made us feel relaxed and welcomed, including my daughter's cutout of "Flat Stanley", who came along for the adventure. Oliver shared numerous insights about the history, wildlife, and ecosystem of the reservoir. The setting itself is absolutely stunning--peaceful, remote, and surrounded by pristine forest. The calm, glassy water made for an easy paddle, perfect for all skill levels, especially for our 7 yo daughter, who joined in a tandem kyack. We saw herons, turtles, and even a hawk soaring overhead. We heard woodpeckers also. The local eagles were not active when we went out, but that didn't lessen the experience. Oliver made sure everyone felt comfortable and safe, as we paddled out and back. This tour is the perfect way to unwind. I can't recommend it highly enough--no matter your skill level, kayaking the Savage River Reservoir with All Earth Eco Tours is a must-do when visiting the Deep Creek Lake area. I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 b/c it says that it is for all levels, including beginner but I do not believe that is true. If you are a true beginner, you will be lost. You, at the very least, need to know the names of basic poses. The instructors typical do not do the practice with you but are talking you through most of it. I personally love the classes but if I had gone here as a beginner I would have been really intimidated and felt totally out of place. If you have some yoga experience and are looking for a good workout then this is the place for you!

I would suggest if you're new to yoga you attend a few Iyangar classes at Inner Life Yoga first, they'll help you with the positions and what you're supposed to feel in each pose. Then come to Power Yoga Morgantown for a workout! Not that PYM does not review form and the positions, but I personally felt it helpful in my practice to have the poses down first, then in a faster paced class I know what I'm supposed to do. Another bonus, PYM has a donation-based class on Fridays at 5:45p and a two-week unlimited offer for $25.

She did this continuously, and it wss more irritating than painful, but quite uncomfortable. She never addressed lower back, a d focused for 10 full minutes on my calves. I left angry, and LPS will not get my return business. Tara, put your mind on the client, your job, and stay off personal business when at work, if you ever want to stay employed.
