I was devastated by my husband's unexpected death early this year, and was having a horribly difficult time climbing out of deep depression. Honestly, I was having a difficult time even getting out of bed. I recently began going to Agame Yoga and trying several of the different disciplines. All of the instructors are kind and caring, and just walking into the building makes me feel calm and welcome. I also am recovering from a shoulder injury. Since beginning classes and practice at Agame and following up at home in the past several weeks, I am already noticing an improvement in my depression -- moving toward acceptance -- and physical improvement with my shoulder. I highly recommend Agame to anyone thinking about starting yoga practice or picking it up again after a long lapse. They offer an "unlimited yoga, try everything" package for about $30 for your first month, and I found that very helpful in choosing classes. I highly recommend Yoga Nidra and Yin Yoga for those dealing with great stress. The premises are exceptionally clean, with ample parking, and the staff cares that you are there, thanks you for coming, and warmly welcomes you each time they see you. Relaxing doesn't mean easy either, the teachers are skilled at judging their classes and make sure that you give your body a nice work out. I always leave stress free and have a ton of energy after my practice. I have been taking the Hot Yoga classes as well as the morning classes. When I'm in town I do try to make it here as I love practicing with the community and there is something special about the house that puts me on a frequency! The rates are affordable too! I had heard a lot about TM over the years and went to a free session a few years ago. It took me a…read morewhile but I was finally able to go through the process and it has been wonderful. Its a simple concept that can and will have a positive impact on a person's life. The TM space itself isn't in the best location but it is in a safe area. The location is less of a meeting place and more of a place to get instruction, so it isn't a place to "hang out in" and so its fine. The instructors have all been very nice and welcoming. The intro course is sort of sales-ish but the instructors are not sales people, they are just people that practice TM and so are really there to explain the process and not sell you anything. They don't really know how to sell, but the course isn't free, so it feels kinda awkward at first. But while it is a simple process, you do need a guide to assist you when you start. If you want to take the training there will be four classes over four days and then you will have periodic check-ins, but its mostly a solo meditation. I think meditation is something most people would find beneficial and I like that TM doesn't really have a religious aspect to it. It's worth checking out. If you do you won't regret it.

Then he tells me that for my first one on one session, I had to pay extra because there were not enough participants. Not enough for one on one???? Exactly how many does " ONE ON ONE TAKE" take. Be careful. Feels like a money grab to me!!
