It is best to book an appointment. Most of the time they will accept walk-ins, however some days they are completely booked up due to bridal parties and customers going to the races requesting a tan. They showcase plenty of products on the wall and the tanning products behind the reception desk are rather interesting to look at! The salon offers customers many different types of tanning solutions. For example, you can have a spray on tan done by one of the girls, a spray tan by machine or a tan from one of the beds. I personally prefer having my tan done by one of the girls because it gives a nice even finish. I am yet to try the tan by machine process and will never think about trying the sun bed because of its harmful UV rays. The staff are very friendly and put you at ease (especially since you will most likely be stripping off in front of them). You can choose to keep a bikini top on in addition to underwear. Guys are welcome here- I noticed a guy waiting in the lobby who was booked in for a spray tan. Don't worry if your tan looks super dark- it's supposed to. All you need to do is wait 8 hours and then you can wash off the excess tanning product to reveal a beautiful tan. They also have other tanning solutions available such as the 1 hour tan. However, the longer you wait, the better the tan will be! The salon is very clean and well prepped. You can get changed and hang your clothes before stepping into the tanning room. They provide paper thongs which stick to your feet to prevent tan markets, as well as a shower cap and paper g-string (if you want). They also apply cream to your hands and feet to get an even tan. After the tan they will wipe the excess of your palms. Just be careful to not stick your thighs together after the tan has been completed- otherwise you risk smudging it. You will then be ushered back into the changing room where you will dry off under an air-conditioning type dryer. I am a repeat customer - and for a reason. They are good at what they do and the tan is reasonably affordable. They have happy hour tans which cost $35 from 11am until 3pm (Monday to Friday only).
