So my aunt paid a fairly significant amount of money for what was SUPPOSED to be a very…read moreprofessional painting job. Joe, the owner of 1st Patriot, gave her her estimate and guaranteed that she would be completely satisfied with their services or they would keep working on it until she was satisfied. They were originally scheduled to start on the Monday July 6. They told her they would call the day before to confirm. After not getting any kind of confirmation, she messaged them and asked if there were any changes. He replied Sunday NIGHT July 5, via text that they were running over on their previous job, and would be there Monday afternoon to start prepping. Monday evening, she messaged them and they told her they were "not coming until Tuesday afternoon, remember." She did ask if they would be wearing masks, but he did not acknowledged the request at first. When she asked a second time, he said they were "all out". I personally came to the jouse during the job and not a single painter was wearing a mask. They did an incredibly unprofessional and all around half-assed job. When she tried to discuss the issues, Tony, the manager, tried to intimidate her by yelling at her. She reached out to Joe multiple times but received no responses. They quoted her that it would be a 2 day job and ended up not being done until Friday because thet had to fix so many of their errors. They did not clean up as they went and tracked paint dust through the house. Therr were several spots where the paint was so thin. You could see the colors underneath. (Previously a very pale blue and very pale purple in 2 rooms) they tried to "trim" or "frame" light switches, etc and the walls ended up looking like they had patched a hole in the wall. They dripped and smeared paint in several places. Things like putting light fixtures and smoke alarms back that were never done either. We sent pictures to both Joe and Tony to show where they left paint on wood trim and cabinets so the sent one guy in to "clean it up" (still not wearing a mask). Tony informed her Thursday evening that she would need to get them a check asap so they could "close out the job" even though she explained she was still not satisfied with the job that was done. She messaged Joe and asked that she be able to speak with him about the job because she did not want to speak with Tony again after his inappropriate behavior towards her. Joe never apologized for the horrible experience. He informed her he would "be able to meet some time next week, but was unavailable to meet her that day." He never contacted her after that day. When she posted her experience recently... 1st Patriot decided that their best course of action was to not only be unprofessional once again, but also to exhibit incredibly rude, insulting, and absolutely unacceptable behavior. Be very cautious if you ever consider using 1st Patriot for any job because THIS is the experience you have to look forward to.

I signed up for a free estimate, a lady called me and got me scheduled 7 days out, She was NOT transparent about possible cancelation, I wasnt warned even a little. My appointment was canceled and I ask why, they did NOT say because of scheduling density, they said after looking over my file they think its best I contact a general contractor. I ask them why, but they did not give me a proper answer, they said scheduling density but i was never offered a reschedule. This was my first hand customer experience with them. I do not recommend. Update 5/14/2026 I'm not sure which profile you took a look at sir or which address, but I do NOT own a mobile home nor did i ask for a estimate on a deck, i asked for estimate on a fence around a regular home, and I already got a "proper" response from the owner yesterday on why it was canceled, he said it was solely because it wasn't work he can "safely and appropriately take on". I have receipts/screenshots of his response as well. I dont know exactly what he means by what he said but I do not wish to address this issue any further, I only responded to clear up false information. Thank you.

I want to express my satisfaction with Forston Construction. My experience with this company…read morestarted with one of my neighbors' houses being roofed. My wife and I watched in disbelief at how fast this crew was working and getting the job done. They completely stripped the old roof and installed a new roof in one day and it looked awesome at the end of the day. As they were finishing up, we went over to talk to them and was introduced to the owner of the company, Kelly. Had a very nice conversation about his business and I pointed to my house and asked if he had time to look at it and give us an estimate. I left him my number as we were heading out of town at the moment. A little while later I got a text from him with an estimate. We decided to except the estimate and Kelly had his sales manager Nick connect with us. Nick came over and worked out all the details with us and was very thorough with answering all our questions. We all agreed to proceed and was told that we could expect a crew to show up in two days and if everything went well the entire job could be done in one day. The crew showed up on time and immediately began working tearing off old roof. Truck load of material showed up a soon after and the shingles started being laid. I have never in my life seen a group of young men work like this. They knew exactly what they were doing and how to do it. Yasbin was the crew chief and his crew consisted of Hilcias, Jordan, Gabriel and Bey. These guys never stopped till lunchtime and then started back up and did not stop again till the job was completed and everything was cleaned up. They put in a very long day and did a fantastic job! As a responsible home owner, we also got quotes from other companies. I sent the estimator an email telling him we had chosen another company for the roof job but hasnt received his quote fir the basement. He responded that he was waiting on my decision on the roof and that Head's would pass on even quoting on the basement project. I feel this is unprofessional and vindictive. Their price on the roof was 10% higher than one of the other companies we received a quote from.

He took me and my belongings to his house, smoked dope all day and nite, that was the first red flag, I was mentioning to him that I didn't understand why other would ask me to lie and he said what about, I proceeded to tell him the lady at the animal shelter said she'd help me with dog food but told me when she asked me to lie about me giving the dog food to a raccoon I've been trying to feed that hangs out around my camp, and she knows I am not going to lie so why would she ask me what I need the dog food for. His response was to laugh at me and call me crazy. He made me wait over a week to get my clothes, medications, and forms of id. When I did get them he didn't return a few things and one of those things was a dual fast speed wall charger he'd borrowed the nite before, it's costed $22. I messaged and he said he get it to me so I told him I would be in town on a specific date and would only be able to get it on that day. I reminded him to not forget on the specific date I will be needing to get it and no text back until four days later. I waited in town for three days he know I have no place to stay on the forth I left town to go stay with my daughter since I'm also recovering from a major surgery. I've messaged and told him since he went threw all my belongings and kept things he knew I needed and also withheld wages I was going to report the situation. He looks for "people to help" as he stated, but his actions tell me he's looking for women who needs help or are homeless to take advantage of. If he wouldn't have smoked meth so much he prolly would've made better choices. I want other to know I needed the help and he jus made it as hard as he could on me knowing I'd jus had major surgery, needed a place, shower, and a friend. He uses his business to lure women saying he can help them with cash, I'm that woman that works with my hands, I don't do under jobs to keep this pg. I sure needed that ten bucks an hr he said he'd pay me but it's now been two months and still nothing, no wall charger that he claims he can afford or compensation for my work. CAREFUL, He smoked meth and leave his paraphernalia where he works, so if it your house he doesn't care bout u or ur children. Don't trust u won't have it in ur property when he leaves the work site. Don't be a dummy like me, looks are deceiving and now u know!
