I went on vacation this weekend was tossing back a few on the balcony of my hotel room and taking in a great view of the river when I got a call, went to answer it and in the light most of rain, and my iPhone 4S slipped and fell, bounced off my foot and fell 5 stories down to the concrete sidewalk below. DISASTER!!! It was bad. Camera smashed, frame busted and glass on both sides cracked. With a new iPhone set to be announced and I did not want to have to go trade in for a new iPhone right now. I found JustFixIt on Yelp and saw the reviews so I called and he said he wasn't sure based on my description, but he could take a look. I showed up the next day and he fixed it perfectly, replaced bezel, front and back glass, and rear camera for an incredibly reasonable price and it was done very quickly. So I break my phone on Wednesday and I call this place to try and repair the screen. After several phone call attempts... ( 1st call 2 o'clock last call 4:30) a guy answered said they were closed for the day. I ask where they're located because on Yelp directions took me to a non existing address, he tells me they are Mobile service and to call them back on Friday. So fast forward to Friday. I call this morning once again attempting to repair my cell phone. So dame goofy guy picks up and said he decided not to work today because it's his birthday and it only comes around once a year... my response Duh! I have a small business in Downtown Pomona and want to support Pomo a businesses. But this guy is something else, sounded arrogant and dumb. Tried to give him a suggestion to somehow let customers know of today's business hours. His response was I'll tell everyone who calls today I'm closed due to my birthday. Bad customer service is the reason for this review. Should've went with my gut when I called several times and no answer or voicemail. They have no clue how to run a business. read more

These guys just replaced my 4s broken screen for $55 in less than 30mins! What a deal. I've broken my screen before and it's cost over $100 and taken half a day. They are honest, hard working students running a small business from their home - which made me unsure at first. But don't let that scare you. I would trust these guys to fix anything tech related at half the price - HIGHLY recommend supporting this small business. PS - the two 1 star reviews look suspicious as a competitor posting (based off my personal experience of Just Fix It and the fact that they both any have lifetime review of 1)... just notified Yelp :) read more

I just been going down the list of all cell phone repair shops on Yelp trying to see who can give me the best deal on replacing my samsung galaxy S3 LCD screen. Ive come across shops that we're replacing the screen for $140-$200. Down the list I've found "just fix it" repair shop, I called, and a guy answers the phone, I asked the same questions that I've asked the last 10 shops i called. I get to the question "the lowest price that Ive been given is $140, would you guys be able to beat that?" He calls me disrespectful and tells me to go that other shop then, like a bitter old man. Hey dumb-ass, you're in a competitive market of retail, learn to accept that people are going to find the best prices out there. You should abide by your store name when it comes to your attitude and "just fix it". read more

If you look at my history I don't do reviews but I just had to give Kevin his props. If you ever need your iPhone screen replaced, this is the place to go. I've had my screen replaced multiple times but I was never completely happy. Especially since my iPhone is white. I found Kevin's shop by randomly looking on Craigslist and gave him a call. He was super friendly and very accommodating. So I stopped by his shop after he confirmed that he had the parts available. I was in and out in thirty minutes. The guy knows exactly what he's doing. The screen is amazing. The white is white. Not off white. No light leakage, resolution is sharp...quality is par with the original Apple screen. And the prices are very reasonable! This place is Legit! I came here because my IPhone decided to go swimming with me as they always think they can. I called up and spoke with Kevin, he is the owner of the store. You can tell right away that Kevin is very knowledgeable and even his assistant seemed well informed and acquainted with technology. His prices were much lower or similar to other places I called and he was very clear with what I was paying for and what he was going to do. He took my phone and did a Motherboard clean hoping it would be fixed and to my surprise it was not, seeing the concerned/stressed look on my face Kevin went over multiple other ways to fix my water damaged phone by going through a box of other IPhone parts. I had an old IPhone that was all cracked from dropping it a hundred times that just allowed calls that I was temporarily using- he asked if he could look at it and see if he could use parts form it , I agreed and my phone was fixed with no extra charge for the parts that I brought in. Two hours of labor later I walked out of there with a new IPhone, I was AMAZED with the customer service. # 1 in Customer Service I had to write a review!! The owner won't try to BS you in anyway and is very clear and will tell you upfront whether or not he can fix it or to go somewhere else. Two other people walked in while I was there and he actually sent one guy to another place that he thinks would of had a better shot of fixing his tablet. I was amazed that he turned down business knowing that he would not be the best fit and sent the guy in a better direction-- that right there showed true honesty and care. Most places would try to look at it knowing they don't have the resources to fix it and charge a minimal fee for trying or looking at it, this man is legit and will not! Two weeks ago I had inadvertently left my iPhone 5 at a local Denny's. Ten minutes after leaving I discovered that I didn't have it on me so I immediately called my phone but it went straight to voice mail. I then called the Denny's but they said that no phones had been turned in after which I returned to the location to check for myself. When I didn't find anything I filed a police report and set the phone as lost on the "Find my iPhone" app. However, Two weeks later, I received a text message informing me that one of the employees from Just Fix It had purchased my phone and when he turned it on a message displayed indicating that the phone was lost and to contact me. Thanks to his honesty and integrity he promptly arranged to have my phone returned to me even though he had lost out on the money he had paid to acquire the phone. This is a huge example of the integrity of the employees at Just Fix It! I would definitely recommend anyone that needs phone repairs to them simply for the fact that a high level of integrity goes far in running an honest and fair business. read more
