    [[HIGHLIGHT]]I'd like to commend Chris, the mgr and Riley, the salesperson who had the patience and excellence in customer service to answer questions with my daughter on a call to help me decide between a computer desktop vs laptop.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Ultimately, I spent $970 that's with 1 yr membership. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Spending this much $, we want to make sure it's what we need and a salesperson who ensured all my answers or inquiries were answered is a plus.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Riley provided me with info on the Geek # and services.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Thank you.

    11/19/23 Took my cousin to help us with getting our fridge & washer/dryer. This location is convenient because it's the closest to our new place. My cousin used to work at this particular store, too. We've gone to Home Depot, Lowe's & Costco to shop around for appliances. To date, we've bought appliances from Best Buy in the past & have had positive experiences so far. Hubby & I have somewhat of an idea which brands/models at least & waited a bit of time to take advantage of what is on sale. Luckily, we have the Black Friday deals going for us. Since my cousin used to work for this company, we have a bit of an edge to select which types of brand would be the best choices. The employee who helped us out was Nate. He was on the ball & he was quick to offer assistance when we inquired about what we're looking for. We chose Whirlpool for all 3 (fridge, washer, dryer). The best pricing was to bundle these, no interest financing for 2 years and receive a $250 gift card. Nate made it easy & I must say, this was surprisingly simple. I had expected it to be a long & painful process! The bonus, delivery & set up will be this Friday (day after Thanksgiving) & I couldn't be happier. 11/24/23 The day before (Thanksgiving) we received a text for the approximate time of delivery for today-between 7-12 am. This morning at 7:15, I received a cdd ad ll from Jose that they're arriving in 30 minutes. I started with a 4 star for this review but now tying everything together from browsing & the assistance from Nate & now the delivery, they've earned a 5 star rating overall. Happy with the service, product, delivery & installation. All of THIS is stressful enough, so Best Buy made it easier & less of a burden. Highly recommend them for purchasing & having the appliances delivered. Thank you very much!

They try to price match to a few other retailers for normal priced items too so it's literally a one stop shop. I'd expect a 20-30% discount from the retail price for all items here. Some more than others. Open box means usually someone purchased the item, returned in the 2-3 week return policy they have. Item goes through pretty detailed inspections to make sure the appliance works properly. If you have the total tech subscription thing, might be worthwhile for all your Best Buy tech products. If you're looking for a few appliances I would totally make the trip out. Might save a couple hundred-thousand bucks.

I went to Geek Squad for help getting a new battery installed for my cell phone. The tech said it would take 2 hours. During the appointment, the employee assisting me repeatedly entered my name in his laptop wrong and finally the wrong password into my phone without realizing what he was doing, which caused my phone to become locked for one hour. Since my phone was now unusable because of what happened during the appointment, I asked if they could contact the manufacturer to see if anything could be done. Instead of handling the situation professionally or politely explaining their limitations, the employee became rude. I asked to speak with a manager. A woman behind the desk told me she was the general manager of the entire store. She told me their policy was not to help customers with the locking issue and that I would have to come back another day. I tried to explain that I am a paraplegic, hearing impaired, 100% dependent on my phone and a senior, and that I cannot simply jump in a car and come back whenever it is convenient for them. I had made a special trip to Best Buy specifically for this appointment and had to pay for transportation to get there. Her response was dismissive and condescending. When I explained that I really needed my phone fixed and asked if there was anything they could do, her response was basically, "Yeah...COME back tomorrow." The way she said it felt incredibly cold and insensitive to my situation as a disabled customer. When I told her that I felt her behavior was not helpful, she threatened to call the police on me. She also had a security guard come over to physically remove me from the store. I rolled away and attempted to purchase a cord I needed before leaving. The cashier was already processing my sale when this same manager canceled the transaction, took the cord and told me to get out of her store. I was told by another department manager that she was not actually the general manager, but only a manager over the tech area. Another manager came over and defended her behavior instead of trying to resolve the situation. Meanwhile, an associate did call the police, wasting the police department's time over a customer-service issue that should never have escalated that far. I left without my phone issue being resolved. This was humiliating, stressful, and completely unnecessary. I felt like Best Buy showed no understanding or compassion for a disabled senior customer who had made a special trip and paid for transportation to get help. I believe Best Buy needs serious training on how to treat seniors and customers with disabilities. No customer should be spoken to this way, have security sent over to physically remove them, have the police called on them, or be forced out of a store while simply trying to get help with a problem that occurred during their appointment. No value at all in the service today! I will not return to this Best Buy location, and I will be sharing my experience with others. P.s. Apple was so appalled at how I was treated they apologized on their behalf and they are sending me a free refurbished iPhone. I will be sending them my current phone. So it worked out.

Her lack of kindness, understanding, and patience is truly devastating. After 3 failed attempts at this location to upgrade my phone, I will never be returning to this location. Any T-Mobile location with sub-par customer service would be a step up from this one. The location is stuffy, smelly, and overall a lackluster experience. My advice to the employees: if you hate your job so much... please quit. Your apathy and lack of care is oozing.

I gratefully said yes. She sat on the bench beside me and worked with both phones. She had to excuse herself several times to go help someone or to assist other employees who approached with a question. She was gracious and knowledgeable during these encounters. I got a look at her badge -- Claudia -- Manager! There were a few more programs/apps etc. to transfer, but I was tiring and feeling guilty taking so much of Claudia's time and for not recalling long unused passwords. I needed to see if I could locate some passwords at home. We made an appointment. Two days later I had had no luck finding the passwords or getting any help from Microsoft. I almost cancelled; what's the use? Well it took a little time but Claudia worked her magic and somehow was able to meet my needs. I commend TM for having such a wonderful front line manager. With her knowledge base, interpersonal and technical skills, it is easy to see Claudia advancing up TMs management structure. Employees like Claudia are jewels that any business would covet. Thank you, Claudia, for excellent customer service to this non-tech savvy senior.
