The person at the front was able to remove them immediately and very easily, and walked us through all of the possible outcomes for the laptop. The laptop was fine when dried in-store for a few days, though the price for it to just sit there by a fan was higher than I would have liked. I also wish they had been a little more communicative, we had to call more than once just to get updates. Overall, they were knowledgeable and it got fixed, so I would return in the event of another mishap.

I received a defective GPU in my ABS PC. I sent the GPU in for replacement. Two weeks later after…read moreseveral back and forths with ABS I received a replacement GPU that was used. It was obviously damaged with bent radiator fins and one out of three fans that didnt work. ABS's only solution was to again send in the GPU with no guarantee when I would receive the second replacement part.
