She has many design packages that I could customize to how much time I needed to have her consulting services. She helped me to select color schemes and design for the window coverings. She coordinated the painting of the front room and dining room. She coordinated everything from installation to final walk through. I love how it all looks, my house looks fabulous! Because I trusted her completely and saw what she already did, we were in the middle of re-designing my daughter's bedroom and decided to consult with her on the project. I should've posted this a few years ago, but didn't until now. I had many issues with Ayca while…read morerenovating my home. They are as follows: Sofa ordered was expensive and poorly made. Started sagging after owning less than a year. Paid out of pocket to have it fixed properly. Ayca ordered a vanity for a powder room in my house. It was too large for the space, she brushed it off and suggested we keep it in case we decided to add another bathroom to our home. My floor guy ended up selling it to his client . Ayca took no responsibility in the matter. I ordered a new bed through Ayca, again, expensive and cheaply made. husband had to put wood slats underneath it because the supports that came with the bed could not support our mattress. Ayca incorrectly ordered woven shades , took several weeks to get her come look at them and confirm she ordered the wrong color. She initially blamed it on some having a privacy backing while some did not. Primary bedroom drapes ordered by Ayca width about 2 inches to short, so they don't close completely. Coverlet ordered by Ayca was too small for my bed, I eventually was able to find a replacement (at Wayfair ) that was the correct size, paying $700 additional to what I paid for the incorrect size. Wall art ordered through Ayca was delivered to my house , she offered no help in hanging it .. had to guess proper height and arrangement. Really pricey and absolutely terrible customer service. Avoid!

No communication, no accountability, nothing. For the amount paid, this level of service is completely unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional. Customers deserve better than dead withered flowers.
