I asked her if she can make a bouquet that could fit my humble budget and she did not disappoint. Price: The bouquet looks more expensive than what I paid for. The combination of flowers is exquisite. Customer service: Susana is very pleasant, friendly and professional. She is willing to work with you. Location: The shop is easy to find with ample parking. I received a bouquet for Mother's Day from my son. To make things worse my youngest best son had just passed away. Some of the flowers were already rotting and some were drooping and about to rot. Extremely disappointed with my flower order. These were supposed to arrive fresh for Mother's Day, but instead showed up late looking completely dry, wilted, and honestly awful. The leaves were ripped up, the arrangement looked nothing like what was advertised, and it looked like dying flowers thrown together last minute. What makes this even more frustrating is the delivery date changed to Tuesday, so I already submitted a cancellation and refund request BEFORE they even arrived -- and still received no response back. No communication, no accountability, nothing. For the amount paid, this level of service is completely unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional. Only a 3 star that could have been an easy 1 if they had not sent me a refund for the difference of their premium to the standard. My mother received the flower delivery significantly later than expected. Although I spoke with her just minutes before the scheduled delivery time, the flowers were left outside for over an hour before she discovered them. (In the notes for the order I had written to knock and ring the doorbell) This is unacceptable and raises concerns about the delivery process. Furthermore, the premium flower arrangement itself fell far short of expectations. The photos I have attached clearly show a considerable discrepancy between the advertised "Premium" arrangement and what my mother actually received. The arrangement appears to be of significantly lower quality and more closely resembles the standard package, lacking the promised abundance of small flowers and foliage showcased in your online display. If I had not called or emailed this facility, they would have been perfectly content with the product that they sent out. read more

I searched for florists near the HCA Houston Healthcare Tomball Hospital and found Susana's. Since I live in the West coast, they were closed by the time I placed my order. I knew the delivery would take place the next day, which was on a Saturday. The flowers were for my male cousin who wasn't doing well and was admitted to the hospital. I figured the flower basket would be appropriate along with the blue butterfly. Delivery fee to the hospital was $12.99. When my cousin received the flowers, he sent me a photo. I was happy to see they used the same flowers but added pink roses which was even better than the online photo! Although the flowers in the back were different colors, it was gender appropriate and still the same type of flower from the website. Lastly, the best part, they used a blue bird instead of a butterfly! Again, very appropriate for a male recipient. It's more masculine. I almost feel like they adjusted the arrangement to suit the gender and circumstances. If so, it was very thoughtful and considerate of them. My cousin then texted a couple days later about how every nurse and janitor complimented how beautiful the flowers were along with the cute bird! When I placed an order and tried to get confirmation of delivery I did not get a response from the owner via email or phone call until I posted a negative review. She was nice enough to send another bouquet of flowers to my 90 year old mom which I appreciated. Very pretty on day 1 upon arrival. I read the instructions that said to cut the stem daily and treat work flower food - there was no packet of flower food attached to my delivery. The name on the card was addressed to the wrong person but I knew it was for me because of the picture on the card. Day 2: I cut the stems and noticed the water was not clear and the stems had a slimy texture. I didn't think much of it. Day 3: the color of the water was getting white. Odd. I changed the water and cut the stems again. Day 4: decided to not cut the stems and see what happens Day 5: there seems to be a foul smell. Not the pleasant flower smell I'm used to. The water is whiteish again and the stems are slimy. I cut the flowers that had all the slim instead of just washing it off. I also noticed the lilies are wilting away instead of opening up. Is this the result of not giving it flower food? Idk. I've had flowers before and they usually don't die this fast. Granted it always came with 1 packet of flower food and I never trimmed the stems on a daily. read more
