For example, I was not liking my dining room but couldn't figure out exactly why as I liked each piece but just it just didn't look right all together somehow. Missy brilliantly suggested the light fixture was too small, unremarkable and hung too high over the table. She suggested that changing it to something more dramatic that would make more of a statement would help bring the room together. I had never thought of the light fixture as being a problem. Really I had never thought of it at all, but sure enough once I made that change it was a dramatic improvement and led the way to me changing out one of the main pieces of art, getting rid of two side chairs and a putting a different side table in that looked good with the new modern chandelier. I love my dining room now! It's my eclectic style, but it's cohesive, and I never would have gotten there without Missy's consultation. She also just has great taste and such extensive experience that she has the perfect "eye", which allows her to quickly and with great accuracy nail the paint color or tile size that will look best, or warn you away from the problems you might run into with a particular fabric or an uncomfortable chair depth or a rug that's too small for the space.. She is also extremely practical in thinking about what will work with pets and kids. Missy really knows her stuff. It is great to see her getting so many accolades and industry recognition lately. Noah laid out our LVP flooring in the latter part of 2025. He was supposed to start mid-December,…read morebut we needed to move in by the end of the month. So I asked if we can move the start date up. He and his wife, Erica (then-fiancée, who now manages and procures for the business) moved their schedule around to accommodate my request. He is very dedicated to the work. I learned that they got married in the middle of our project. He just took 2 days off; got married in the weekend and was back to work on Monday! Sorry, Noah and Erica. He appears to have an artist's eye; made sure to put quarter rounds even inside the closets (which are largely hidden from view, see picture). He laid the planks vertically from the front door instead of horizontally (which, if done, would have cut the flow from the entrance). He matched the quarter rounds with the existing baseboards, so that if the latter has a small angled side, he would cut a small piece of the quarter round to fit that small side, instead of just doing a right angle. It looks aesthetically finished, instead of just looking "done". Erica is the same. When Noah was running late going home, he sent her a photo of what he thought was a finished job. She saw that some of corners and door-jamb trims did not have quarter rounds. She told him he had to do them. They're a good team. Noah is straightforward and very amiable. He explains what he does and is never impatient with questions, however inane. He is generous with his knowledge and is willing to teach how things work. He finished the job right on schedule, which allowed us to spend New Year's Eve in our new home. Fast forward to a couple of months after. He came back to fix our sprinklers that sprang leaks. He diagnosed the problem and made adjustments to make the existing system work. When you hire this business, you are assured of a job well-done.

We just had new LVT flooring put in by these guys and it was the best experience we have ever had…read more Steve Wisenbaker one of the co-owners did the measurements and talk me thru what would take place. He told us 3 to 4 days was the time line. Well on day one Joel the lead contractor walked with me as I showed him the areas that would be done. I also told him that the washer in the laundry room was the only thing I couldn't move and he told me no problem. Joel with his other 2 men moved the washer into the garage and then started tearing out the old laminate and title. After they finished that they floated the floors to take out any uneven spots. By the end of the day the had all the areas done for the laying of the floor tomorrow. The next day the started laying the floors and moved all the furniture, refrigerator, stove and dining room table to one side of the house until they finished it. Then moved all of it to the other side and finished that. The refrigerator was always plug in after they moved it. Next thing I know they are put the quarter round on the bases. Each day these guys cleaned up before they left and after all the quarter round was put in the hooked back up all the appliances and moved the washer back into the laundry room. I would and will highly recommend Carpet Connection and Joel and his men for any flooring needs! I would give this group an A+++

All awhile I'm running my hands through the carpet sample I wanted and literally repeating myself on why I like the sample. He wrote down in his notes the colors I like in this carpet sample which was gray with dark brown and tan speckles. He said if he cant get the carpet I liked he would do his best with getting something similar. On install day the carpet was wrong. A solid dual grey. I communicated and showed him the sample. He responds with yeah the name of the samples are under not above the sample. I have never in my life ordered carpet how am I suppose to know this?! They reordered the carpet. I asked after he left my home, will there be a fee and was told there will probably be a restocking fee to send back to the warehouse. Also told about the restock fee AFTER reordering the correct carpet. Eventually we settled for the incorrect carpet. Because we would be losing money with the restock fee not mention they refused to even tell us what the restock fee was. They did however offer 1,000.00 off on the incorrect carpet. Which I'm confused why they were willing to refund us that money verses paying the restock fee since the salesrep failed to do his job properly by telling me the names are under the carpet sample not above. So lesson learned Carpet connection a question costumers should ask is if the name of carpet sample is on top or on bottom of the carpet sample. A question a customer would never know to ask. This happened December 12, 2023 but I was told to take down my review by the owner of carpet connection.

In August, and September, and October I called customer service multiple times and was told the bed would be ready in "2-3 weeks" by a very nice customer service representative. When I called at the end of October I was told there were problems with the manufacturer and it could be much longer and I was offered a refund that I would receive in the next week. It is now almost mid December and I still have no refund and no wallbed. After my call yesterday my husband wrote the negative review. First thing this morning I received a phone call from Wallbeds saying that when my husband removed the review I would receive the refund. Now this not only seems like theft, it also seems like extortion.

They got the entire upstairs done in a day. They move all your furniture and move it back at no extra cost. Which is really great!
