I settled on the one called Mom's favorite, and whoever's mom chose this combination has great taste. I loved the combination of colors and knew my grandma would too. I completed my order online and set delivery for the next day. While I didn't receive an email or any notification on the business side that they were delivered, I did receive a text from my grandma (with an assist from my uncle) with a photo of the arrangement. She assured me that I was in good hands. Delivery is scheduled for tomorrow so I have my prayers up that all will go well. This was a super important delivery due to the sensitive nature of who was getting the flowers. This is my follow up to share what happened after my order was placed. The order was delivered on time and a confirmation was emailed to me letting me know. When you aren't local to an area you truly are at a disadvantage when it comes to trusting that the service you see online is going to be the reality of what you receive. The flowers were beautiful. The picture from what I am told doesn't do the arrangement justice. The key here is that Diane's word was true, she took care of me and I'm truly happy I found you via YELP! I chose the middle size arrangement which cost me $57.11. She was kind enough to send me a picture when it arrived. 1) It had barely any water in the vase. 2) there were very few flowers in the vase. 3)The flowers that were in the vase were drooping. 4) There was no powder packet for the water for the longevity for what flowers there were. I contacted From You Flowers and explained what happened. They said they would have the florist get a correct beautiful arrangement out on Tuesday after Mother's Day. I said ok. By Wednesday there were no flowers, so I tried calling Jones Florist. GET THIS...THERE RECORDED MESSAGE SAYS THEY CLOSE AT 11 EVERYDAY. I live in a time zone that is 6 hours earlier, so I would have hat to call between 4 am to 4:45 am. I then called the From You Flowers again. They first said they'd have flowers sent out by Thursday. Then he changed it to be delivered by Friday. By Saturday there were no flowers still weren't delivered, so I cancelled the charge on my card. There was never any contact to me or my Dad's wife on the follow up of the condition or the delay of the delivery. If I could give a 0 rating, I would.

They currently have some storage containers and vehicles in the area the loops around to the line, so you have to navigate the long way around. It's an old school drive through with pneumatic tubes and a little camera so they can see you and you can see them. It's a bit clunky to reach out of your car to do it, but a little fun if it's not an everyday activity. The staff was quick and efficient and even though the line was long, we didn't wait too long. We also stopped in to grab groceries and were able to find pretty much everything we were looking for. I did notice that some areas were a bit claustrophobic and if multiple people are navigating their carts around you really need to anticipate what they're planning to do so you can plan your next move. Keep an eye out for different deals and specials. We found some fun items and everything was pretty well stocked. The cashiers were efficient but a bit indifferent, which is a-ok, and we had someone help bag the groceries because we were stocking my grandparents house and had quite a bit we were getting. Some items were bagged interestingly, like randomly just one item in a bag, but our bread was safe from getting crushed and we were able to get everything back to the house.

Due to a quick weekend trip to Cincinnati, I was finally able to visit and spend some money at this amazing plant haven, and honestly, it may have been my favorite part of the trip. The moment you walk through their doors you're invited to explore a modern oasis full of beautifully crafted ceramic pots, plants of all kinds, friendly humans, and plant themed art. If you're a plant nerd like myself, run (don't walk) here! It took me forever to figure out what I wanted to take home, but once I narrowed it down and my friend and the staff confirmed, I was ready to whip out my credit card. I ended up being extremely pleased with my pot + plant selection. I went with one of their chalky looking terracotta pots (which I LOVE) and a medium sized snake plant. For just under fifty bucks, I got an excellent addition to my plant-fam. Pro tip - They'll pot it for you in-store so it's ready to go when you get home. Cincy is lucky to have such a wonderfully curated plant shop and I can't wait to visit again in the future.
