I had to switch my Hosting after a "Go Daddy" founder was photographed with an ear to ear grin with his rifle standing over his prey. What did he kill? An Elephant! Possibly one of the WORST hosting companies ever. I have called these people multiple times to try and get some technical support, but these people hire AMATEURS to the tech support department. I called in for my current job. You ask me how do I know? Well, on multiple occasions, their "advice" to "fix" an issue is just to delete the whole program and reload it........ that should be the LAST OPTION. This happened today, as it blew my mind. Guy asked me the last 4 of our password to verify the account. I told him asterisk. He said, "that is the squiggly line one right?"... "No. It's the star" was my reply... Ok. If you don't know what an asterisk is, you should probably find a job that doesn't include computers. Thanks and goodbye. Don't waste your money people. Crappy host with bad downtime as well as horrific and inflexible customer service. The "TOS Department" consists of a man that sounds like he is 500 pounds (extremely heavy breathing into the phone, much like an old tyme obscene phone call) and with kids and dogs barking in the background and a phone system that would make a nun scream obscenities. JustHost is also one of the hosts that immediately panics at any sign of DMCA takedown requests even if they're frivolous and unfounded--even if they come from a person that is upset with an article on your site. If you want a better host that doesn't have two days of downtime and refuses to give you a service credit and one that will back you up... Look elsewhere because JustHost is a joke. JustHost.. Think Macy's price, Kmart quality and service like it's a $2 whore house. Hosting providers should be required to uphold free speech. read more

I cut my connections to JustHost several years ago. This morning I get an email from them telling me if my previous payment arrangement (credit card) is up to date I will be billed 449.64/36mos. This is just a fraudulent ploy to live in my pocket without authorization. I'll be suing them if they proceed to bill me. read more

I use the service and a couple of time they where down for two days my customers got mad with me because of that. I receive not logical explanation why the service go down. They do not deserve even 1 star but I don't know how to make the rating lower. I have just signed up (have I? I'm not even sure) and I ALREADY want to quit. I have already decided that this was a BIG MISTAKE and I should sever all ties with this company (which seems to go by other names, so beware). Support seems to be entirely in the Philippines. I wanted to speak to someone in the US who speaks English as a 1st language and works for the company and not a 3rd party (contractor). They would not (could not?) do so. I can't tell what is going on. The website is so confusing. The tech support /customer service is awful. I wish I had never even heard of JustHost.com! This experience just re-enforces the what I have learned from many other experiences: Businesses' sole purpose is to rape the most people the most possible the most often. It was great when I first started using it 6+ years age but they have really gone down hill. Renewals are almost double what their stated rate is. If you want to upgrade to a cheaper plan they charge a upgrade fee. Also because of their reputation for hosting spam sites you website can end up lumped in with them getting your emails blocked as possible spam. What a nightmare. We are transferring a site do do downtime. We started the process 3 weeks ago. Many tickets later and this issue is still ongoing. To then find out after the call was over instead of allowing the domain to be transferred. they unassigned it from the site. Now the domain is not going to the old or the new site. WORST client services. Tickets not being sent to the correct department or not filled out at all. They can not fix a simple issue. read more
